Haha I nearly passed out at you eating walkers baked!
Went out in evening to a friends house, and sat in their hot tub hahaha!!!
I need to find me some friends like that. Sounds like you had a great night and even with the extra food you had a good UD :)
 
They are gorgeous aren't they - the French Fries I mean - can't stand the Baked crisps... urghhhh

I love the baked ones too, esp the Chedder and Bacon ones, yummy!!! But prefer french fries on dds as less cals lol! I never used to be that bothered with crisps before I started dieting, prob because I was too busy stuffing my face with chocolate!

Yes shame I can't go over there more often :( Or even better have a hot tub in my garden, we have a lovely place to put one too, see I've been dreaming lol! Will have to make do with jacuzzi at the gym lol!

Great day again today :D

Went for a swim this morning. Have my first class up there tomorrow morning, legs bums and tums! It'll probably kill me lol!

Just about to sit down and have (yes wait for it Jelly!) my french fries and diet coke :rotflmao::rotflmao::rotflmao::rotflmao::rotflmao: I'm feeling tired today tho so think I'll be having an early night! :4635: All that exertion yesterday wore me out well and truly lol, all to be done again tomorrow!! I must be going mad!

Exercise: 20min swim, 20 lengths
10min jacuzzi :)

Hi Katie! Yes I'm still here, bloody tired lol! Haven't been home all day so haven't had chance to get on here. No haven't been at gym all day, but was there til 12! Lol, getting a bit of an obsession me thinks lol!

Yes Katie, you're gym going did get me started, teehee! Will post in a mo what I've done today and what I've eaten etc, haven't filled out my online journal yet to copy and paste it from!
 
Oh downside of today, the jacuzzi was out of action :cry::cry::cry: Could have done with it too!
 
Thats a bummer. Think if I went I would spend all my time in the jacuzzi. My theory is that a jacuzzi is hot, so makes you sweat, so you lose calories :D
 
Thurs 8th Oct - UD and legs bums and tums!!!

Right today I've been an angel exercise wise, but very naughty food wise :angeldevil: Haven't gone over my calories so still 100%, just feel I have eaten too much and too much naughty stuff! Think it's because I was tired lol, still am tired lol! Should've stuck with healthier food choices, although doesn't help that not much in as we need to go shopping!!!

So here's how I did today:

THURS: UD (2121) 100% although feel like I've eaten way way too much, not very good choices today :(

Exercise: 10min treadmill, level six, speed 5
1hr Legs bum and tum class
20min swim 22 lengths :D

Water: 3 litres

Br: Banana 100
Strawberry SF 217
Lun: Pasty 600
Caramel slice 300 (I know naughty!)
Sn: Cake 200 (how naughty have I been today???)
Din: 2 x grilled chicken thighs with salad 422
Treat size buttons 75
Sn: Treat size crunchie 80
2 x rich tea fingers 44
French fries 82
Can diet coke 1

awwwwwwwww never mind!! there isnt one at mine! theres a sauna but you have to pay 3 quid and its for 2 people

Thanks girlies! Yes dd going well so far, love the dds.

Have my daughter home all day on Fridays. Took her swimming this morning at my gym, first time she'd been up there. She loved it, couldn't get her out of the pool, but had to as aqua fit was about to start (think she wanted to join in lol). We were in the pool for 1hr 15mins, and she did quite a few lengths bless her (she's only 3 1/2!) so a least I got a little swimming done although rather slowly lol. Better than when I used to take her and we'd stay in the baby pool the whole time.

Just as well I wasn't doing much more exercise than that today, think that's all I could've managed! My thighs and bum are really hurting from the legs bums and tums class yesterday! I guess it's working then!!! Although I did notice I have been rather shown up by the older ladies that did the legs bums and tums yesterday, they were all doing aqua fit today!!! Hmmm... must improve my fitness!

Anyway just eaten my lunch, tesco light choice chicken noodle snack pot. 220 cals, so more than I usually have for lunch on a dd. But I've had two of them in the cupboard for ages lol! Was very nice :)

WI tomorrow, eek! We'll see if the gym/exercise has had any effect! Probably find I've put on this week because of it!

Yes she can swim, but does have her arm bands and back float on still. Although she tried today for a bit without the back float and was doing really well. She's never had any lessons, just me taking her. I was going to put her in for lessons, and a couple of weeks ago she had her assesment. Although the nasty woman took them in the deep end and forced them in, Charlie hated it and cried :( I felt awful for taking her, so thought sod the lessons I'll carry on taking her myself. Today was the first day swimming since then, was going to take her last week but she didn't want to go, so sneeked it on her today lol. Took her a little time to coax her in, was sat on side at first splashing her feet. But once she was in I think it all came back to her and she forgot all about the nasty woman. Helped it was a new pool too :)

Yes sorry about your sts :( Sure you'll get shifting again by next Friday! We'll see what tomorrow brings for me!

Hubby has just cooked chips for him and Charlie! I've told him he has to make me some tomorrow as his chips are to die for, better than any chippy! Luckily he doesn't make them often!!! I'm popping out down the shop so I'm not tempted to pinch some!!
 
I think your daughter is amazing to be swimming lengths at her age
