Hi Katie! Yes I'm still here, bloody tired lol! Haven't been home all day so haven't had chance to get on here. No haven't been at gym all day, but was there til 12! Lol, getting a bit of an obsession me thinks lol!

Yes I was gutted Jelly! Was aching a bit so would've been lovely after my swim :cry: Going up there tomorrow with dd for a swim, she doesn't go to pre-school on a Friday, so even if it is back I won't be able to use it :cry:
Right today I've been an angel exercise wise, but very naughty food wise Haven't gone over my calories so still 100%, just feel I have eaten too much and too much naughty stuff! Think it's because I was tired lol, still am tired lol! Should've stuck with healthier food choices, although doesn't help that not much in as we need to go shopping!!!
So here's how I did today:

Have my daughter home all day on Fridays. Took her swimming this morning at my gym, first time she'd been up there. She loved it, couldn't get her out of the pool, but had to as aqua fit was about to start (think she wanted to join in lol). We were in the pool for 1hr 15mins, and she did quite a few lengths bless her (she's only 3 1/2!) so a least I got a little swimming done although rather slowly lol. Better than when I used to take her and we'd stay in the baby pool the whole time.
Just as well I wasn't doing much more exercise than that today, think that's all I could've managed! My thighs and bum are really hurting from the legs bums and tums class yesterday! I guess it's working then!!! Although I did notice I have been rather shown up by the older ladies that did the legs bums and tums yesterday, they were all doing aqua fit today!!! Hmmm... must improve my fitness!
Anyway just eaten my lunch, tesco light choice chicken noodle snack pot. 220 cals, so more than I usually have for lunch on a dd. But I've had two of them in the cupboard for ages lol! Was very nice
WI tomorrow, eek! We'll see if the gym/exercise has had any effect! Probably find I've put on this week because of it!
