That reminds me I have a stability ball in the cupboard (oooops) I have just seen my pilates instructor and she is going to be in a postition to swap her classes back to where they used to be so I can go again as from mid november - cant wait
your down days are so full of exercise - its great - just wish my knees would let me doing it as I think then I would lose the weight more quickly

Hello people! Didn't get on here at all yesterday or Tues eve to update my diary, so I think I have a bit of catching up to do Haven't cjecked the juddd forum yet but I bet there'll be lots of messages to catch up on so I'll start there first, then come back and update my diary
Right think I've caught up with the juddding goings on, phew, haven't tackled the rest of the site yet tho lol! So will start with Tuesdays diary being as I didn't put it up!
Exercise: None today, was going to go for a swim but had loads to do this morning!!

Didn't log anything today, was too busy. Again no exercise Was hoping to get to gym, but didn't have a lot of time in morning as my daughter doesn't do lunch club at pre-school on Weds so pick her up at 11.45am, plus had to go shops. Was planning on going up in evening, esp as hubby was watching footie, but by the time the evenign came and I'd done everything time was ticking on and I was tired lol! Have missed it past two days tho
I did go for lunch with my mum, auntie and my little girl to the pub. I had chicken curry (rather hot curry at that, I had a bit of a sweat on lol!) with chips and an ice cream after! I needed the ice cream to cool my mouth down again lol! I then just had a bread roll with chicken breast for dinner. So didn't overdo it today, I hope lol!
Thurs 15th Oct - DD and legs, bums and tums!!!
Well today I had my Legs, Bums and Tums class, yep on a dd! Wanted to see if I'd be ok, and I was. Felt fine after and have actually felt less hungry than normal on a dd
THursday is my day where the kids are all in school all day, my peace day lol! So had my class this morning, then came out and had a lovely full body aromatherapy massage! Blissful! So went and fed horses after that, then came home, had a shower and chilled for a little while before picking kids up. Been a very good day all round
Haven't had my eve snack yet so will post my food log later.
Oh forgot to add, I'm off out Saturday night, doesn't happen very often lol!!! And it's a DD ! Off out with some mum's from school to the cinema to see Fame, so at least not going for a meal or anything. Think I'll cope, I just won't get popcorn, good side will save me a small fortune!!! Meeting for a drink before and prob after too, but again ok there as I don't drink anyway so will just stick with my usual of diet coke May sneak a packet of snack a jacks popcorn in so I'm not tempted to pinch anybody elses lol! Will see! I've just changed my days around to fit in with hubby's birthday next week and mine the week after, so don't want to swap them around again!
