Thanks girlies, another good down day here and haven't really felt the cold today, which is great!!! had a busy hectic day and didn't feel much like eating. I'm finding the dd's are getting easier and easier, I've stopped feeling hungry on them which is very strange. Never have had a dd where I felt REALLY hungry anyway, just like I needed to eat. But the last few, I haven't felt hungry at all. Maybe I'm learning what hungry really feels like, rather than when we think we are but not really!
Jolinaar, think he does say not to count calories on up days, just to eat what you fancy until you feel satisfied but not stuffed. I just love calorie counting! Although in alomost two weeks I've only counted on two up days. But I feel bad about that lol! I do have a VERY obsessive personality tho, always have!
