good luck with the practicing on the ball - kneeling on top is not quite as difficult as it looks - unless you cant kneel properly like me :):)

Ha! Yeah right, think I'll have to keep practising as finding the class quite ok apart from that bit lol! :confused: I'm sure once I get it I'll be able to do it every time.

Tues 20th October - Up day

Well started off well, logging everything down, then got hectic and all went to pot! Ended up having a pasty for lunch when I said I wasn't going to have anymore! I am not liking my new pasty addiction, grrr! Mad at myself actually as was going to have a chicken salad bagette, but when the woman asked what I wanted 'medium pasty please' came out instead! I mean WTF is that all about :mad: I never used to really like pasties either!

Anyway, not too bad as haven't had chance to have dinner tonight. Gave kids quick tea then had to take my middle son to the docs, and was waiting ages, then waiting ages again at pharmacy. So by the time we got home it was really late, had to get kids to bed and do ds1's reading with him, do the lunches and finally get a shower. So no dinner for me, just had a bowl of shreddies and a packet of french fries with hot choccy.

So don't know how many cals today, but think I'm still ok, phew!

Was going to do my workout dvd tonight too, but that went out the window :cry:
 
Apart from ANOTHER bloomin pasty!!! LOL! I am now banning them! And I thought it was chocolate I had the problem with, lol!

If u werent ment to have pastys it would be call johnsons up day down but dont have a pasty day!! hehehehe

Im sure you will be fine !! Anyway it sounds like super mum has burnt off loads of calories !!

as for the pasty your body could need the fat make sure you have some nuts of seeds on an up day to get the good fats

Thanks Tracy, not fitting so much exercise in this week :cry:Been mega busy! Plus next week is half term so no chance, esp as hubby is on call so won't be able to get out in the evening either :cry: Might have to get mum to babysit!
 
You can't beat yourself up on your UDs that you don't count your calories! LOL That is whats sooo wonderful about this lifestyle! It is very forgiving, and honestly, I don't think we are really SUPPOSE to count our calories on our UDs... We are suppose to be careful with what we eat, but kinda take a break.... however, I know that all of us (myself included) love to count our calories even on our UDs... LOL it keeps us accountable. ha ha ha!

I said that we are not suppose to count our calories on our UDs..... however, maybe Im wrong on that? Do you remember exactly what he says about that??? Are we suppose to? Or are we suppose to be careful? ARGH! Now Im second guessin myself! LOL
 
Weds 21st Oct - DD

Thanks girlies, another good down day here and haven't really felt the cold today, which is great!!! had a busy hectic day and didn't feel much like eating. I'm finding the dd's are getting easier and easier, I've stopped feeling hungry on them which is very strange. Never have had a dd where I felt REALLY hungry anyway, just like I needed to eat. But the last few, I haven't felt hungry at all. Maybe I'm learning what hungry really feels like, rather than when we think we are but not really!

Jolinaar, think he does say not to count calories on up days, just to eat what you fancy until you feel satisfied but not stuffed. I just love calorie counting! Although in alomost two weeks I've only counted on two up days. But I feel bad about that lol! I do have a VERY obsessive personality tho, always have!

WEDS: DD (389) 100% woohoo!

Exercise: None today, no time :(

Water: 3 1/2 litres

Br: Cup of tea 5
Lun: Cup of tea 5
Clementine 25
Sn: Cup of tea 5
Orange and sultana slice 55
3.30pm: 2 x crsipbakes with cheese spread and cucumber 83
Din 7pm: WW Tomato soup 74
Slice wholemeal toast 55
Eve: French fries 82
 
I think it's amazing that you count or rather have the time and presence of mind to count cals on UDs but yes it does make us accountable. It's only when we count that it becomes obvious what's got us here in the first place. My big mistake was reckoning I need 2000+ cals per day (as commonly touted for women) when the truth is closer to 1600 or 1700. Never bothered to work that one out before - quite a revelation. I'm sure it's one of the reasons you are having such success. x

I really envy you with the level of motivation that you have found for JUDDD.... can you send some my way - I did CD for 90% of the day yesterday and then ate Pizza and drank wine last night - not a good combination...

Still today is another day and I am determined to use up these shakes - after all it's my money sitting there on the kitchen worktop !

Cheers Katie, yes I'm feeling great at the mo, esp after my PMT has seemed to have disappeared off the face of the planet hopefully never to return! That has really amazed me, I just do hope it's down to juddd, really excited about that, I just feel so good better than I have for such a long time :D

Hahaha, yes think cc makes us realise exactly why we got the way we are/were and makes you realise how many cals are in some foods that you really wouldn't think had that many. It makes you stop and think 'do I really need that?' before putting something in your mouth. When I look back to what I used to consume in one day it really was shocking! :eek: That's why I like to keep track of it now ;)
