I'm gonna do a few days a week on this plan - as a vegan it will be pretty easy!!! Great that its now in the new books...I hope it works!

I may pick your brains along the way mrs w as I have just started SE to try for a week! Super free curry kicking off in the slow cooker x
I'd say not as more than half the foods on the plate are free not superfree , unfortunately the fact that the beans are superspeed doesn't make any difference as far as se goes but looks a nice ex easy meal though lol x
Your plate needs to be mostly super free in order to be a success express day. When I do a SE day I only have a quarter of my plate as free food and make the rest up as super free.
When doing SE you still have your healthy extras as normal and when calculating syns you have to count the higher syn value xx

When you say he's as normal do you mean like Ee or red and green?

This is day 2 and I am preferring it to EE because i eat so much SF anyway (have upped it) and enjoy 2 b's x

Love lots of veg which helps my skin too! The tough kne is not being able to use my syns on a chocolate bar now and again but the Turkish delight Muller lights and melon have saved me x
