That is exactly what I’m trying to focus on now Diane...I will definitely have to celebrate getting into the 15’s as it has been like heading my head off a brick wall for the last couple of years now:banghead:
 
I know exactly how you feel, its hard and i think i was looking too far ahead with how much i wanted to lose, now i just concentrate on a few pounds at a time, just getting into the next stone, then half way between and then the next stone.
