I must take note of your portion sizes Mini as they are spot on, mine are a tad too much and i need to reign them in a bit.
I have never worried about my portion size on SW as I found it freed me up to focus on my Syns. My main food portion size is naturally decreasing and to my surprise, that satisfying full feeling is working again:wee:...before this my tummy just kept stretching with a little voice saying, ‘go on, you can still fit more in’! Can’t remember when I had or needed second helpings and my need to act like a human hoover when tyding up after meals has stopped...cling wrap is now my best friend.:classic_big_grin:

Next on my list Diane is to try and cut back on my milk consumption:classic_roll_eyes:...this is going to be a huge challenge for me as I probably now like my cappuccinos more than chocolate:classic_eek: 🍫 ...also, need to keep my Syns under control.
