Ok, so I have been off the radar for a "few" months, but have generally managed to maintain my weight pretty well so all in all I've not done too badly.:rolleyes:

I need to work on getting a stone off before Christmas, which is no mean feat but do-able if I really put my mind to it!
Plus, we now have a black Labrador puppy who insists on lots of runs, swims and long walks so no excuse for not moving more!:eek:

I have family coming tomorrow so will be jumping on the wagon fully from Monday whereas at the moment I am just happily skipping along next to it!

Today hasn't been too bad, although I feel like I have eaten my body weight in baked beans today - something of an addict at the moment, still, there could be worse things to be addicted to eh!:p

So, from Monday I will be posting my food diary again as it really helps to keep me on the straight and narrow!

Wish me luck guys, me feels as tho it's gonna be needed! Still, at least I won't be hungry all the time like with WW :(

So, first day back on track ...:whistle:

I sat and planned out my meals :eat:for the next 2 weeks and will be going shopping tomorrow for everything I need to keep to plan. I even bought myself a "posh" notebook from Smiths...oooo my sad love of stationery:p

Monday 18th October

Extra Easy day

B - Banana

L - Cous Cous with red onion & sardines in tomato sauce, Quark & chopped banana.

D - SW spaghetti bolognese (onion, garlic, tomatoes, EL mince, herbs) Quark with 1/2 white chocolate options (1)

Hex A - 350 ml skimmed milk for tea/coffee
Hex B - ?

Syns - extra milk (2) and 1/2 white choc options (1)

Dinner - JP with prawns with sauce made of natural yoghurt and Lea & Perrins, courgette & onion, WW yoghurt

Costa large skinny vanilla latte (10.5)

Snack - Apple, banana, beans and another apple!

Dinner - After WI at 7.30:eek:! (WI at 4lbs more than I thought but I had eaten tons today beforehand!)
Chinese rice, onion, tuna, sweetcorn.
2 tbsp Quark with half options white choc sachet (1)

I know! I don't know what it is about them, as I used to hate them, but now (especially today) I can't stop eating them. I think it's cos their comforting and I seem to be really hungry today!

Did you note the "Refresher Bar" under my syns Allie? Guess who I nicked that little Gem from!?!?! hee hee :p

Lunch: Smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, HeB2 dry toasted, mushrooms and EL bacon.
Quark & fresh mango.

Dinner: Roast beef in gravy (syn free from Iceland), green beans, carrots, broccoli + horseradish sauce (3)
Natural yoghurt and chopped banana.

Snacks: 1/3 banana, apple

Total syns for day:
Honey - 1
Tassimo latte macchiato - 4.5
Horseradish Sauce - 3

Dinner: Beanfeast Mexican Chilli (with extra chilli beans)and Savoury Rice. 0% Fat Greek yoghurt with 1/2 banana.

Snacks: Apples, 1 x WW yoghurt.

Total syns for day:
Horseradish (1)
Costa medium skinny vanilla latte (6.5)
Tassimo Latte Macchiato (4.5)
Total = 12

Feeling really really ill today, had an awful night.. no rest for the wicked.

Red Day

HEA1: Skimmed milk

HEB1: 2 x wholemeal slices
HEB2: 2 x wholemeal slices

Breakfast: 0% FF Greek Yoghurt with 1/2 sliced banana.

Lunch: EL Bacon sandwich on (HEB1) & BBQ sauce (1)

Dinner: 2 x Dry fried egg on dry toast (HEB2) mushrooms, Quorn sausages, chopped tomatoes. WW yoghurt & 1/3 banana. - was sick after eating this! so, technically no dinner!


Snacks: None

BBQ Sauce (1)

Water: Lilt Zero, NAS, Tea and coffee (HEA 1 & 2)

Exercise: 2 mile dog walk - it's raining and I hurt so no walkies tonight.

Mood: V. ill hurt all over - think it's Shingles again!

Mood: Tired but ok.

Dinner: Scrambled egg with ham chucked in!#

HEB2 @ 9 pm

1 level tsp Honey (1)

Thank god it's the end of the week!

#Was supposed to be having beef stew for dinner but the beef was still chewy 4 hours in so I have put it on to go overnight in a hope of saving it. Will then be giving it to my dad as I am having a green day tomorrow and that's bloody that! Grrrrrrr.

Lunch: Banana and an apple @ 4.15 pm, as too close to dinner to have the planned lunch, and still full from brekkie!

Dinner: SW Actifry chips with cajun seasoning, beans and Quorn Sausages.
Quark and summer fruits.

Tassimo latte macchiato (4.5)
(4.5 total)

Water: Lilt Zero / Tea / Coffee / NAS Squash

Exercise: 3 hour dog walk with my friend and her 2 Labradors! (3 Labradors = fun!)
