Breakfast: HEB1 dry toasted with chopped banana & honey (1) + cinnamon

Lunch: Beef stew with cabbage + WW yoghurt.

Snack: Ruby hi fi bar (6)

Dinner: Chicken & Bacon casserole with broccoli and green beans. Natural yoghurt & summer fruit.

Was going to have lamb casserole but it all looked fatty so changed to chicken and bacon with tomatoes, mushrooms, carrots, garlic onion and tons of herbs.

Still a bit nauseous and in 24 hr pain:jelous: but the tabs doc gave me are brill, only problem is I am now having to take anti-sickness tablets as the main ones make me throw up:eek: :cry: Got an appointment with a specialist on 8th Nov - roll on a week Monday!:D

3 hours flew by, my mate and I lolloped along and the dogs were flying round us at warp speed pretty much the whole time so it was nice to get home and actually have him fall asleep rather than look at me and ask "when we gonna play ball"...:p (he's a 7 month black Labrador puppy so has tons of energy!)

I'm trying to alternate red and green days at the mo but i'm finding it hard to plan so well on red! :rolleyes: hence the casseroles and stews - tasty tho as all done in the slow cooker nom noms!:D

Are you still keeping your food diary Lou? Havent seen it around:p

Aww, pants that your still poorly, your dog sounds gorgeous. Yep - my diary is in the weight loss diary bit though, not the food diary section (although I may be done under the trades description act at the moment as not much weight is being lost) Hehe x

Lunch: Baked beans & Jacket potato. FF yoghurt.

Dinner: HEB1 + 2 + HEA2 + 2 x Quorn Burgers (1) with onion, SW Actifry chips, BBQ sauce (2). FF yoghurt.

Green Day (again as I want to do red on Wednesday which is WI day)

HEB1: 142g Prawns
HEB2: Hi fi bar - mince pie (am loving these!):D

Breakfast: FF Natural yoghurt & banana.

Lunch: Cous Cous, Apple & FF yoghurt.

Dinner: Pasta with prawns (HEB1) passata, mushrooms, sweetcorn, peppers, peas & onions (HEA-2 grilled on top)

Snacks: Banana.

Total syns for day:
Costa Massimo skinny vanilla latte (8.5) - will need it as I am back to back with clients all day!
Extra skimmed milk (3)
(11.5)

Water: Coffee / tea / NAS squash

Exercise: Dog walk, and walk to and from office

Congrats on getting back on the wagon, that's half the battle, and you sound like you've had a tough time of it of late so don't beat yourself up over a few months off of plan. Good luck with WI tomorrow!

I missed my WI last week as I was sent home from work and have been poorly, tomorrow is my first WI but 3rd week on plan! I better have a good result or someone is going to get it:eek::eek:

How's the new job going? Watcha doing now? (being nosey:p).

Dinner: HEB2 & EL bacon + egg. FF yoghurt (after WI - not home till 8.45 pm ish).

Hi fi bar - 6 (mince pie - no surprises there ey!)

Water: NAS juice, Tea and coffee

Exercise: Walk to and from car park to office

First WI but 3 rd week on plan, I missed last week as was unwell - scared about WI! I better have lost! :starssmiley:

My new job is Specification Administrator - working for MD and Sales Director of an Electrical supplier and distributer. I'm crunching data basically to monitor the hundreds of housing developments we specify for :) ..... cor actually sound like I know what I'm doing already lol.
Will be keeping fingers crossed for you for tomorrow's weigh in

Dinner: SW Spaghetti Bolognese (EL mince beef, passata, chopped toms, mushrooms, onion, garlic). FF yoghurt.

3.5 is a great loss.....don't forget our bodies do funny things when poorly :)
I'm doing EE again this week but will see how it goes but much easier for me when hubbie cooking while i'm at work. He can't cope if I go red or green....too much for him to compute lol

I know 3.5 lb is a good loss but I just thought it would be more, i'm not deterred tho and am plodding along quite happily actually so it's all going well really.

How have you found your first week back?

Lucky old you having hubby cook. Saying that, my hubby would cook but I am too much of a control freak to trust him to keep it syn free:eek:

Lunch: Pink salmon with lettuce, sweetcorn, grated carrot, peppers, an apple and FF yoghurt.

Dinner: Beef stew (loads of carrot + onion + garlic) with smash, courgette, broccoli, leek and cabbage & green beans!!!!. FF yoghurt.

Snacks: Apple(s)

Total syns for day:
Costa Massimo Skinny vanilla latte (8.5)

Suki - thats it, I'm going to have to buy the mince pie hifi bars now, they sound yum, hopefully it won't wake up my addiction to real mince pies with full fat pastry and dollops of brandy cream over it..... !! Hope you have a lovely weekend, I'm the same - hate letting other people cook incase they slip some syns in! xx

I love them - especially when warmed and hot LF custard put on top! *drools*:eek:
