Wow, I don't know if I'm being thick or if this book is designed to be confusing but I'm really not getting it at all. I don't understand what he wants me to do....
One minute he's saying eat only natural food, then he's saying I'm not expecting you to only eat rabbit food! I'm sorry but if all I can eat is natural that's rabbit food to me!! I have to acquire the taste for such foods???
I've always been a person who will try something, I'm a firm believer that you can't say you don't like something if you've never tried it!! I also believe that tastes can change over time, so I keep trying things I don't like in case I do like them.
And he classes milk, cheese anything processed, anything that needs cooking, as junk food.
Because its been interfered with by the hands of man and is not how mother nature intended. Am I missing the point? I am meant to be eating raw carrots etc for all my meals because he claims that I can eat all my favourite foods and not have a weight problem, carrots and raw food is NOT my favourite, and I can't see it becoming my favourite by reading this book!
But like I say I'm going to keep reading until the end because I have a feeling I'm interpreting things all wrong because he's got me so confused!!
