Tried to send reply from phone but it keeps crashing. I wouldn't care it was really long! Grrrrrrrrr!

Basically been veggie 20 years now. Almost went vegan at one point. Just didn't like the fat grizzly taste of meat. Only ate chicken, ham with all the fat cut off and mince from steak! Had some veggie food and it tasted good, no fat etc. I do eat fish now but not very often. Felt very guilty when i first started eating it but I wanted to try to do the Atkins diet and it was going to be the only way to attempt it!

I suppose I could attempt chicken breast but I would feel very guilty eating it, would take a while to get over that feeling again!
 
I guess it would widen the range of allowable food but will it just add to the pressure if it'll make you feel guilty? I dont know, just playing devils advocate.
 
I know and that's why I've spent a very long time thinking about it. :) I can't make the decision either way. Ultimately I need to go low carb! Ultimately I can't allow myself to become my mum with her health issues. So I need to fully focus on if I can physically eat chicken and return to meat! I'm quite happy living off quorn but out and about quorn is not always there and the veggie option is often a very carby one! So maybe go fish or chicken when out and eat veggie at home. Hard to do.
 
Hmmm I see what you mean it's a tough one. Why don't you see how you feel once you've tried it. I think it might be worth a try but I don't think it's worth adding to the guilt if that's how it makes you feel in the end, it'll do you no good!

Ooh I'll look out for it. I'm just reading in bed at the moment but struggling to concentrate, I'm that tired. Getting up at 5am does not agree with me, my brother better bring me a good present back from London!!

I'm going to try and be good tomorrow, I've got more structure to my day when I'm at work so I'll be okay there and I'm leaving my purse at home so I don't go to the shop on the way home. Should manage a 100% SS+ day tomorrow.

Low carb day :) my loo visits have increased loads :). Might look at chicken when I'm out. Might start by pinching some from another family member first. Get my 'confidence' up!

Morning!!! Yet another lovely day, too bad I'll be trapped in a windowless bunker all day :(

So far I've had my bar and a glass of water, feel strong at the moment but let's just see how the day goes. I'm making no promises to myself or anyone else that I can stay 100% but I can promise to try! I hope everyone else manages a good day!!

Last night I ordered 30 Day Shred. I'm looking forward to it coming but a bit nervous too because last time I committed to doing an exercise programme at home I ended up in A&E injured! I hope there's not too much running on the spot because I refuse to do that ever again!
 
No running on the spot as far as i remember. More jumping and resistance really. It great as you can make it as high or low impact as you like, so you an ease yourself back into it.

you'll need an exercise mat, 2 tins of beans or similar for weights. you'll be doing jumping jacks, lunges and squats too. also punching if i can remember correctly. mine's in my cupboard. i haven't watched it for about 2 months. i've not used my wii zumba for a month either. just been really busy. must get back to it.

Hey everyone, I'm fine! I was so tired when I got home last night I literally had a shower and went to bed, I haven't managed to see all of BL yet, kept falling asleep. I know Daris put on 2lbs woke up for that bit. Poor Daris I totally feel for him.

Anyway this morning I couldn't get out of bed, slept through 2 alarms :eek: and I'm on the caffiene already. I'm not sure what's wrong with me, I usually get this tired just before I come down with an infection. I hope not though, can't be doing with it.

My head is really in gear for starting on Sunday!! It's 3 weeks until my birthday so I'm pretty sure I can cope for 3 weeks.
