Surfhunny's Countdown to Florida

hi

i'm having a day off today too. i have to say i've had everything i want but i'm feeling rather full, bloated. i'm not used to feeling i have a heavy tum. i've had 3 slices of bread , half a fat rascal (bought for mum but she's not wanting to eat it yet so i am), some nuts and a handful of crisps. stuffed! had a heap of washing up to do today so ems came into the kitchen and i put down a packet mix of cake stuff and set her going and she's made them. even put them into the cases etc. made a bit of a mess but it's good that i can leave her to do this now. she's 4 lol. it was just mixing and putting into cases. i put them into and out of the oven. it's a start and kept her busy whilst i washed leaving dude alone.

Sounds like the perfect solution - child occupied and cakes as a bonus lol. I'm determined that I'm not going to start boredom eating again!! But I really want cake, been thinking about it since last night, thought about baking today but luckily for my waistline I can't stand on one leg long enough!

i can honestly say you're not missing out on anything. i had loads of things i felt like eating today yet i'm far too stuffed. i've had loads of coffees and a tin of coke zero as well as 2 pints of water. going to post some pictures in my diary. my new next top came today and i put my jeans on (didn't quite know what to wear with them actually so i ordered this top) and it looks fab. love it. although i wish i'd ordered the size 12 top instead of the 14. they're meant to be loose but it's a little loose. i'm keeping it though.

Totally!!! My dad was just saying it's different when you're on annual leave, you might spend the time watching tv but you know that if you want to go out you can, but I can't and I think thats whats killing me!!

And the stupid Kinect is there winking at me with it's 3 eyes grr!!

lol. we've our in the cabinet :) it can't easily wink.

Dad came and confiscated my kinect games!!! Prob just as well cos I was trying to work out if I could do zumba on crutches lol.

What the zumba game like? I am ebaying it at the moment, but the reviews didnt look that good?

I love it, my only complaint is that it doesn't really give you much time to learn the steps, so I was just doing the individual dances until I got familiar with them then I was going to do the classes. But I really enjoy it and the more effort you put in the better it is for you. I'm so upset I can't do it for a while and even more gutted that I can't go on a Thursday for a while. Boo!!!

Hmm....I am tempted, but the reviews seem to just show a glowing silhoutte of a character dancing, so if you haven't seen it in action in real life, I'm not sure how easy it will be to actually work out whether the hips, arms, stomach etc are moving?!

It's not too bad, I think it's not as bad as it could be, basically to get points you have to kind of do the same thing as the glory figure, it goes green when you do it exactly, yellow if you almost same, you gain points anyway and I think if you do the tutorials as well it's not that bad!

I'm just watching uks biggest loser and I want rob to win, he's my favorite, could be because he's 21 and used to play rugby? I like a good rugby boy (bit on the young side tho lol).

Speaking of which my friend text me to tell me Gavin Henson has torn his calf muscle too and is expected to be out for 3 weeks, this worries me a bit cos he's so much fitter than mr and will have all the best docs and physios on hand to make him better, I have to wait for the NHS to get round to seeing me :(

Ah, poor rob, he deserved more! What happened to his partner, when did I miss the other one going? He does seem like a sweetie.

I can't believe how brave these guys are for getting their bodies out, stretch marks and all! There is NO way I would be stood up there like that.

No me neither!! Brave lot. Robs partner got injured quite early on last week. I don't like the orange team, hope they go!

I've been naughty and did some press up ( with one leg on floor) and sit ups, needed to do something lol. I've also decided to see if I can lose as much as I can before I go back to work, a mini challenge if you like. I always say I find it easier at home so now's my chance!

Yay the oranges have gone, should've put a bit more effort in shouldn't ya lol!

The woman in the orange team just reminds me of all the woman you get at SW classes. Boohoo, I didn't lose any weight. It must be because I ahd one extra piece of toast his morning.

You lost 2lbs love! You've got personal trainers on hand and the best food you can. I can lose 2lbs with my first pee in the morning. Seriously!

He is, I like my men big (not quite as big as him, but in a couple of weeks time he'll be perfect) shames he's only 21 :( hope he stays in for a long time!! Hmm my friend has just pointed out that I also have a thing for boys called Rob.... who play rugby..... She's bloody right as well!

Oooh I have just come to butt in with the rugby men chat haha! My OH is an ex rugby player. He is very tall and broad and I love it haha. Can't be doing with these noncey footy men!!

Hear hear gimme a rough manly rugby player any day! Lol

Just hope Scott doesn't see this with his incey wincey 28" waist!

I hate football, and the fairies that play it, give me real men any day! And it's my favorite time of year soon - 6 Nations!!! Be interesting to see if my Jonny will be playing! Gavin Henson is out for 3 weeks with the same injury as me ;) so Wales are down a top player phew! It must be Englands year this year!!

Oh dear look what I've started, it's very dangerous to get me started on rugby....I'll blather on forever about it!! I'm determined that my 'Mr Right' is going to be or has been a rugby player in the past. That would be perfect!!! :)
