bad food day. been so hungry had some cheese, a crumpets and 2 options hot chocs (probably 100+100+80 = 280 cals extra, this means so far i've eaten 780 cals inc milk out of my 1000). burnt 650 cals aprox at the gym, that is my only saving grace. meaning if i can keep my cals to 1200 today i have an under eat of 300+650 cals at the gym. this is so hard
