That's true, I'd better not mess it up this time when I get there, I HAVE to work back up the plans, that's been my biggest downfall, thinking that I know best, and don't need to go back up through them.

Oh I meant to say.... I walked up a hill today :D major achievement!!! My calf pulled a bit but wasn't mega painful, might ache tomorrow but it's another step forward yay!! :D
 
Eee well I'm off to bed, it's been a big long day and I'm looking forward to getting back on the SS wagon tomorrow (wow did I just say that?)!!

12lb max i would think. mind i think you'd loose practically the same on the 810 plan. are you not too low to do the ss plan now? if you have a healthy bmi lower than 25 then you shouldn't do it as it can damage your body.

you are perfectly normal in thinking this way shanny. don't ever think you're not. you can see my bmi and there's times i want to do ss, ss+ or even the 810 and i try and that's when i fail badly and end up being so hungry that i start picking. i know it's dangerous for our bodies too but i still wonder :rolleyes:

i think we've got to listen really closely to our bodies now and i truly think that we are in the normal range and honestly we can't cope with such a low plan. especially now we've upped our game with exercise. however, this is the best thing we can do for ourselves. exercise is a keeper. this is a good, positive, healthy thing that will continue with us, hopefully, forever. we may struggle with our diet and have the slip ups but we now have to think like 'normal, thin' people. we lower our cals the next day and exercise with bigger intensity.

i need and must start listening to my body rather than my emotions. i had eats yesterday and truthfully, confession time, i was not hungry for 99% of it. i just wanted to pick. i used the i burnt over 1000 cals at the gym for my reason. stupid me. that's no reason why i should pick if i am not hungry. today my weight has gone up especially as many of my eats were carb based.

i'm sorry that i've hijacked your diary surf but i think that this applies to us all. i know you've a little way (not a massive way, even though you think so) to go before you reach a normal bmi range but this is what we're going to have to get our heads around for the rest of our lives. this is what i struggle with. some days i want to go back to my old ways and just eat and pick and eat and pick and sit on my butt. very lazy.

i was thinking about the exercise i do and i might leave it at 3 zumbas at the min, until my training, and do a body pump session on a monday again and running fridays and sundays outside. at the min i do the following (as i've typed so many times)

monday - waterbabies swimming - cals 0
tuesday - core, running, zumba - cals 1000 (rounded)
wednesday - zumba - cals 500 (running total of cals 1500)
thursday - core and zumba - 600 cals (R.T of cals 2100)
friday - zumba - cals 500 (2600)
saturday - nowt - cals 0
sunday - nowt

total of cals burnt for the week - 2600 cals
under eat if 1200 cd plan followed for the week - 1500 cals

total cals for weight loss - 4100 cals which is just over 1lb a week

NOW

i'm thinking the following...

monday - waterbabies and body pump -300 cals
tuesday - core, running, zumba - cals 1000 (rounded)
wednesday - zumba - cals 500 (running total of cals 1800)
thursday - core and zumba - 600 cals (R.T of cals 2400)
friday - running and possibly zumba - 1000 cals (R.T 3400)
saturday - nowt a rest day
sunday - running - 500 cals (R.T 3900)

total of cals burnt for the week - 3900 cals
under eat if 1200 cd plan followed for the week - 1500 cals

total cals for weight loss - 5400 cals which is just 1.5lb a week

once ems starts school full time the exercise will get easier for me.

im back from body pump was ok will up my weights on friday.

i have chicken in the oven as i have my personal training at 6pm so will eat now i think.!

then last shake at 8ish maybe.. so far so good for me i must say.

So I've glossed the bathroom door and varnished the bath panel and made a right freaking mess!!!! I daren't go back up to look at the mess lol!! I'm sure it'll look fine when all the plastic floor protection and masking tape is gone.

As far a diet goes I appear to be having a strawberry day, quite by accident!! I put my hand in the box and grab a shake usually. This morning I had a strawberry tetra and for lunch I picked out a strawberry shake! Never mind though, they all need to be drank!

Tonight though I WILL have a different flavour, chocolate maybe. I'm a bit behind on the water but I'm catching up, before bed time!

I'm soo cold, I've had the heating on most of the day! I've taken a photo of my goosebumps lol.

hi sal/shanny

i'm fine. been mega busy today. had an apocolypse of thoughts flooding through me too. i've recorded them in my diary.

had kids this am and cleaned house, downstairs. then i gave them lunch and took them off to the nursery (ems went in too as she was off school).

i then went to meet my mum and dad at the hair dressers as they wanted to see if mum's chair would get to the loo and back but it won't. then it was shopping at tescos. putting it away.

a trip to the skip to get rid of a few items that were broken followed.

then i decided not to paint the hall, landing and stairs but i was overcome with the need to do something otherwise i'd eat so i painted the landing and stairs but just ran out of time for the hall which i was going to do tonight but will end up being tomorrow pm job. the kids will probably hang over the gate and stare at me the whole time i do it too. grrrrr.

then i dashed off and picked them up. gave them tea and then got ready for zumba.

i darted out as soon as hubby came home. ran up the gym stairs to studio 1, ran to the loo and then jumped into zumba. i then darted home, after running to the car and got caught up in the 3 week running's mess. (week 1 dude drew over the walls, week 2 dude pooed on the floor) week 3 involved a double barrelled attacked from the kids. ems opened the gate to the kitchen where said hubby had left the biscuits within a 22 month old's reach, dude got the biscuits and there was crushing on the floor involved. hubby tidied this up only to find (and this is where i walked in from my class) that ems had un-done the bean bag and there was little polysyrene bits on the floor everywhere. so i ended up hoovering up and then putting dude to bed. argh!!!!!!

tea was gobbled shortly after that as was a naughty piece of cheese which just jumped into my wide open mouth. thank god for zumba.

tonights class was only 45 mins long but i wore my polar watch and...... 479 cals were burnt 40% fat so i think i'm in the realms of a 600 burn from a 1 hour class. will see as i'll wear my watch tomorrow. i think it depends on how all out i go.
 
I have the fire on too ... and I haven't even started yet. Thermal vests at the ready, if my ketosis breath doesn't keep the men away, they'll do the trick!
 
Flippin' heck Nikki, busy busy day for you!!! Jules I'm going to have to dig out me thermals to if this weather keeps up, fffreezing still!!!

I've just been up to check on the gloss on the door, and managed to put a nice fingerprint in the paint, luckily its not anywhere visible. I'm so impatient, I want it to be dry NOW!!!!

As for diet I've been fine today, not really given food much thought. I've had:
2 shakes,
all my water,
a cup of coffee
Just about to get my last shake.... I want soup, I've got 3 soups chicken & mushroom, mushroom and potato and leek. Not sure whether to have one or not. They generally make me heave but I want soup!!! Its soup weather!! I'll have to think about it!!
 
Oh and I've put some photos from Vegas in an album. I've called it Operation Showgirl. I think Operation Showgirl failed spectacularly, especially when I hit the land of the showgirl lol, but never mind.

I'm not deterred, theres plenty more shakes in the cupboard :D
 
you didn't fail. you were not massive, just not as small as you wanted to be! :D

add more water to the soup. stir with a spoon.

I'm just watching Hawaii 5-0!! Its been remade and I loved the old ones. I love the new ones even more because one of my favourite actors (not well known) ALex O'Loughlan is in it. He looks exactly like a guy I had a brief thing with a few years ago and still carry a major torch for lol, even has his mannerisms. :D

we saw the first pilot episode and have taped the rest but i have no intention of watching them yet as my interest in tv has gone.
 
If you saw the first one, it's the guy whose father was shot and he partnered up with the blond guy. I am terrible lol.
