I'm gonna save EE for days when my meal really needs it like spag bol, chilli con carne or curry rather than deliberately go for an EE day. Otherwise I prefer either red or mix to max. Did you manage to get a copy of the plan yet Sue?
 
No still not managed to get a plan yet. Thats when I will use EE chilli or curry without rice is just wrong. I prefer pasta with just tomato sauce so don't need it then
 
dont you think spag boll and chilli taste better with quorn mince? it takes on the flavour and texture without the fatty taste and its free !!!
mr beans cant tell the difference lol
 
No I really can't get into quorn mince. I buy steak mince from my local butcher and when I browned it no fat came off at all and thats also free on EE. As for pasta sauce I prefer just tomatoes and onion maybe some olives.
 
Hey Leila hope you had a great holiday. Well I managed to lose lb this week so not to bad.

ooh fish and chips yummy you could remove the batter have mushy peas and have your own syn free chips yum
lot off work though lol
 
Or just do what I did have veg curry rice and chips and eat about 2/3rds of it throw the rest and call it a flexi syn day:8855: Had about 45 syns
 
Okay todays food.

B: bananas, apples, nectarine. grapes and apricots
L: Chicken and beef, salad, 5 scan bran and 4 extra light triangles
D: Malai Curry and rice
Syns mini mars, twix and jelly tots = 12.5
Snacks yogurts
 
yummy menus your right about the syns weekly amount does sound a better option then we can have treat days and not feel too guilty lol
 
the curry sounds nice is it home made or bought
