I didn't get round to adding yesterdays food and shred, I was out last night with friends and it was after 11pm when I got home, I couldn't be bothered to get the laptop out and went up to bed.
Anyway I've now done level 2 days 3 and 4 of the 30 day shred, nearly half way there!
Yesterday's food
Red day
Hexa: milk
Hexb: 2 weetabix, w/w petit pain.
Breakfast: 2 weetabix
Lunch: 2 x eatsmart sausages (1 syn) in a w/w petit pain...well actually I could only fit one sausage in the bun, I had the other one on its own.
Dinner: In the pub - I had chicken and bacon salad - this comes with croutons (only about 3 tiny ones) and honey and mustard dressing, no idea of the syns so will say 10 but don't think it would have been that much really. I was very good and didn't have a dessert (everyone else did) and I had 2 x diet pepsi to drink.
Snacks: banana, apple, plum, 2 x mini eggs (1.5) 1 x mini creme egg (2.5)
