30 day shred. Level 2 day one done...I don't like level 2! Not yet anyway, hope I get used to it. The walking pushups are a nightmare! :sigh:

Green Day

Hexa: milk, cheese
Hexb: porridge, 1 slice w/m bread, 1 light cereal bar.

Breakfast: porridge with mixed berries

Lunch: superspeed soup, 1 slice w/m bread. shape delights 0% yog.

Dinner: jacket potato with beans and cheese, s/w rice pudding with nutmeg.

Hi there! Just read all ur diary! Way a journey! Well done on losing again after all ur STSs! Love all ur pictures! I may well just steal this idea from u! I'm on day 3 level 1 of the shred what on earth is a walking push up?! I'm scared! Well done on all ur hard work! X x x

You didn't fall asleep reading my diary then, It's not the most exciting read!

I loved level one of the shred....just done level 2 day 2 and still not keen :( the walking push ups are horrid, from a standing position you reach to the floor, keeping your legs straight (I can't do it without bending my knees) then walk your hands along into a push up position, do a push up, walk your hands back towards your feet, stand up then do it all again, and again etc..aargh! I'm hoping I'll like it better in a few days time :)

Lunch: beans on w/m toast. s/w rice pudding.

Dinner: spaghetti with quorn meatballs with tomatoes topped with cheese. w/w yog.

I didn't get round to adding yesterdays food and shred, I was out last night with friends and it was after 11pm when I got home, I couldn't be bothered to get the laptop out and went up to bed.

Anyway I've now done level 2 days 3 and 4 of the 30 day shred, nearly half way there!

Yesterday's food

Red day

Hexa: milk
Hexb: 2 weetabix, w/w petit pain.

Breakfast: 2 weetabix

Lunch: 2 x eatsmart sausages (1 syn) in a w/w petit pain...well actually I could only fit one sausage in the bun, I had the other one on its own.

Dinner: In the pub - I had chicken and bacon salad - this comes with croutons (only about 3 tiny ones) and honey and mustard dressing, no idea of the syns so will say 10 but don't think it would have been that much really. I was very good and didn't have a dessert (everyone else did) and I had 2 x diet pepsi to drink.

Breakfast: porridge, apple

Dinner: basa fillet with cauliflower, green beans and carrots. sliced banana, meringue, shape 0% yogurt, blob of choc philly. (3 syns)
