Suzyflo's food diary....back on the wagon, target reached, now I need to stay there!!

As I said last night - I'm shredded! I don't quite have abs like Anita'a (one of the girls from the dvd) but I have measured this morning and overall I've lost 8.5 inches. :D I took extra measurements as well as the usual chest, waist, hips - e.g. stomach/midriff & bottom. There has be no change to my arms and very little to my thighs but they look more toned. Here are the results:

Even though I'm "shredded" I've decided to keep up with the 30 day shred and do it every other day. I'm doing level 1 as this is the level that I feel I get the most out of - I can now do this at "Natalie" level (advanced) :)

Yessss....weighed in this morning - 1lb off which puts me back at target. I'm a happy bunny :bunnydance:

Tough week ahead though, I've got a big birthday coming up on Thursday, will be getting taken out for lunch, then on the night, not having a party but will be having people round for drinks and nibbles also hubby is taking me away for an overnight break today. We're stopping off somewhere for lunch on the way, dinner at the hotel tonight and big breakfast in the morning, I'll try and be good - I'll have to make full use of the swimming pool and sauna then hopefully won't do too much damage!

Off to pack my bag - bye for now x

Congrats on getting to target! Will you change your diet now or stick to the plan? Im not really sure what you change to maintain to avoid losing more weight? Xx

Thank you! I'll stick to the s/w plan as normal and if I find I'm getting too low (which is unlikely!) I'll add an extra hexb or a few more syns. The 3lb either way allowance is pretty generous, I'll be concentrating more on not going over the upper limit!!

Well done suzyflo, thanks for dropping in too. The press ups are getting easier, I do narrow and wide ones on alternate days and can feel a real difference in my chest and arms already. 100 a day is very achievable in kicks of 20.

Thank you, I've had a lovey time away and I expect my birthday day will be just as nice!
I suppose blocks of 20 press ups don't sound so bad, thinking about it I've been doing about 40 each time I do level 1 of 30 day shred, I'm doing this every other day now, didn't want to stop exercising altogether, I've still been walking too.

Well done suzyflo! Keep it going. I missed my weigh in on friday, had a peak today and was 2 pound up on target. I'm sure I can get it down again. I wonder if it is the syns it the press ups, lol. I have deffo put muscle on my arms and shoulders plus chest has tightened up. My kids and mrs have noticed. Finished the 1000 today....

How's the shred?
