Red day.

Breakfast: sultana & apple oatbran, banana & blueberries

Lunch: in the pub - prawn salad - counting 5 syns for mayonnaise

Dinner: onion & mushroom omelette. w/w yogurt.

Snacks: apple. ham, pickled onions, boiled egg. wine (6 syns)

Green day

Hexa: milk, cheese
Hexb: porridge, w/m bread

Breakfast: porridge with mixed summer berries

Lunch: egg mayo (1 syn) sandwiches made with w/m bread, crisps (5 syns). muller light

Dinner: jacket potato with cheese & beans. meringue, sliced banana, banana muller light topped with hot chocolate philadelphia (4 syns)

Snacks: apple, banana, celery.

Total syns: 10

Thanks - it was! I was never too keen on s/w chips (they always turned out pale with burnt edges) until I treat myself to an actifry, it makes lovely chips, and roast potatoes, it was expensive, but worth every penny :).
 
In case anyone missed me, you'll be pleased to know I haven't disappeared off the face of the earth, lol!! :rolleyes:
I've just been busy and too tired to update every night. I've still been sticking to plan and plodding on with the 30 day shred though.

Tuesday lunch - cheese on w/m toast with worcester sauce.

Thursday dinner - eat smart sausages (1.5 syns) with carrots, cauliflower and green beans.

Tonights dinner - chicken breast stuffed with garlic & herb philly light and wrapped in bacon with baby sweetcorn, carrots and green beans.

Mmmm ur food looks yummy especially the chicken at the end Nom Nom Nom! And I'm thinking of saving for an actifryer r they really good then? Do u put proper oil in it? Well done for getting on through the shred as well! X x x

Re the actifry, I love mine it's the best piece of kitchen equipment I've bought in a long time. You can cook the chips using frylight but I do sometimes use olive oil, you only need a tiny bit, I use about 1tsp for a full load of chips. There's a little measure that comes with it and even if you use oil up to the max level its only 10ml. I find that maris piper potatoes make the best chips. Yummy!
 
Hey suzyflo, thanks for popping in, I've been all over the place with work and kids sports. You look like you are doing really well! Keep it going. Well done on the shred and the 100 mile challenge, I finished the 100 today. What's next? I might count down 1000 press ups? I will get my bike out, bit of colourful lycra action when it warms up a bit. I loved cycling with the local club, can't commit to that yet with kids sports....

Thanks Quins. Happy Easter. Well done on completing your 100 miles too...I think I'll give the press ups a miss, it would take me years to achieve 1000!!! Not sure what I'll do instead though. Will keep up the walking and the shred I think.

Thanks Zoe, I'm pleased with that. I'm just 1lb away from my target weight, I was going to go back to group once I'd reached target but I decided to go back tonight as I'm still within range. Was 10.4 this morning at home weigh in and still 10.4 tonight with clothes on!!

Hexb: all bran golden crunch, w/m bread

Breakfast: golden crunch with strawberries, pineapple, plum and nat yog.

Lunch: carvery - turkey & beef, carrots, cauliflower, leeks, yorkshire pud & gravy - not sure of the syns about 8?

Dinner: not that hungry after lunch - w/m toast with marmalade (1 syn). Activia )% berry crumble yog (1 syn)

Snacks: baby bel light, apple, crisps (5 syns), satsuma.

Total syns: 15
