Dinner
Went out with work, so not exactly SW friendly, but I resisted a pudding so not all bad!
Scallops & Pork Belly to start
Lamb & Mashed Potatoes with Gravy for Main
And drank 3 glasses cranberry juice so a few syns for that

Went out to cafe so - scrambled egg (HexA Milk & syns for butter), beans, tomatoes, bacon (fat removed) & wholemeal toast (HexB & syns for butter)

Asda Meatball Puff Pastry Parcels - from Butcher's Counter- no nutritional value on packet so no clue whatsoever for syns, but high I would imagine with the pastry! And potato wedges.

Evening out in town drinking cocktails and malibu so hundreds of syns I would imagine!

Walked3 miles to pub and had burger and chips whilst there, many syns!

Now I see it written down I retract my earlier statement of it "not being too bad"!!!
