Extra Easy SW - 128 Days to be bikini ready!

Wow that's some willpower! I don't have an asda near to me :( But will keep a lookout at Tesco just in case!

Mmm the risotto sounds good! Where did you get the sausages from? I've got a feeling someone may have already asked you but can't seem to see it! So apologies if that's the case.

I get the sausages from Asda as well (99% of my shopping is done there! lol) but they probably do them in Tesco as well.

So I did very well yesterday considering I had chocolate digestives! Spent the evening on the Wii Fit as well, so hopefully burnt a bit off.

Right girlies, as I'm sure you're all aware, my food since doing SW is very repetitive. So, I want to mix it up a bit next, but the questions are:

How many grams of oats is my HexB if I want to make overnight oats?

How much Philadelphia Soft Cheese can I have as HexA?

Is smoked salmon free?

What can I have for lunch that includes smoked salmon and philadelphia that's free?

Help!

Oats are 35g
philidelphia light is 75g
smoked salmon is free :)
what about having it on 3 ryvitas (hex)? maybe with a wee bowl of soup?

Thanks Cece ! Is that the Philadelphia Light or Extra Light? (If it's Extra Light can I have more? Lol)

I thought about Ryvitas but if I have the oats for breakfast, I've had my HexB so I'd have to syn them wouldn't I? Also I think they taste like cardboard :p

That's for light, with extra light you get more but I don't like it as much.
Oh right, you're having oats for breakfast. You would need to syn for the ryvita then. I think they are 2 syns each. I only like the pumpkin seed ones. What about wrapping the salmon around the philli? you could have that with some soup or a salad?

How about scrambled eggs with the smoked salmon a

I've made a note of Ryvita syns for future reference just in caase. Eggs are a no go I'm afraid, they give me terrible belly ache (otherwise I'd have them for breakfast to save my HexA/B). I've never tried Philly on a jacket spud, is it nice? I only ever have mild cheddar and beans with them...

Right, yesterday, little bit high syn, got some tablets for my ankle that are giving me heartburn/indigestion which is only really aided by eating. Need to get some more free snacks into the house!

2 Chocolate Digestives (8)
Banana
Muller Light (Cherry Underlayer) 1.5

You could whizz up the smoked salmon and philly with some lemon juice and pepper to make a dip for crudités like carrot, cucumber, pepper etc?
I do this a lot with smoked mackerel but tend to use crème fraiche rather than philly (only because I've generally got other plans for my healthy extra a!)

Ha, don't worry about it, I forget about my own things a lot of the time let alone anyone else's. She said she thinks it's still inflamed so has prescribed some anti inflammatory tablets to see if that helps. It does seem to be working so far, just got a pain in my chest now! Lol.

Oh no to the pain in the chest, I really sympathise! Are you going to be taking them for a while? It might be worth going back and getting some tablets that you take with them (gastro-resistant is ringing a bell, something like lansoprozale, omeprazole) which protects your tummy, if taking them with meals stops/doesn't work.
Good that she doesn't think it's anything more serious though!

Yeah @RosiePops , I was glad it wasn't anything more serious! I've only got to take them for 10 days and today is day 5 so going to persevere then she what happens from there. I did r-etwist it yesterday while we were out walking though so not good! Doesn't hurt today though so hoping it hasn't affected it too badly.

The pains go when I have them with a big meal @Evie_sw but am struggling a little with the one i take with breakfast - 2 weetabix doesn't seem to be enough food, but I haven't got time in the mornings to cook up a massive feast!

Weekend's food not brilliant, but again compared to previous weeks, not really bad...

Snacks

Evening out in town drinking cocktails and malibu so hundreds of syns I would imagine!

Sunday

60g Alpen Museli & 200ml Semi Skimmed Milk - Hex A & 10 syns
