Extra Easy SW - 128 Days to be bikini ready!

It's considerably better than previous weekends! Trying to be good this week now cuz got a work meal out on Friday so will be eating lots of synful food!
 
So yesterday was an OK day... I ended up at my mom's which is bad because she's always got treats in the cupboard and I can't resist them!

Monday

Breakfast

2 Weetabix, 200ml Semi Skimmed Milk & Frozen Raspberries (HexA & B)

Lunch
Salad - Tomato, Cucumber, Red & Green Peppers, Carrot, BBQ Chicken Chunks (1 syn) & Couscous

Dinner
Jacket Potatoes with Beans & 40g Reduced Fat Cheese (5 syns)

Snacks
Banana
Grapes
Banana & Custard Muller Light
Chocolate Snack a Jack (3 syns)
Wagon Wheel at my Mom's.... (8 syns)

Total = 17 syns

You definitely need to try them, they're amazing! Easily one of my favourite flavours! The only reason I don't buy them more often is cuz the multipacks are on offer and they're not in there. Once the singles go back on offer I'll buy loads!

I've also bought some new "Chocolate Digestives To Go" that I saw in Asda last night. Synful, I know, BUT there is method to my madness - I crave digestives A LOT. And if I buy a packet, I eat a packet. And that is very very bad. HOWEVER, these have got little packs of 2 biscuits so I can just eat 2 and cut my syns way back! Genius!

Genius! I've never come across them before. I also have to eat a whole pack of biscuits if I buy them. Purely because it'd be wasteful to allow them to go soft of course :p
 
They're new @littlemisspiggy16 , I only spotted them on a promo end in Asda Monday, so keep your eyes peeled! And somehow I've managed to not have any yet even though I bought them Monday! Going to save my syns today and have some I think.

Yesterday was pretty good overall:

Tuesday

Heck Sausage & Mushroom Risotto (1.5 syns)

Chocolate Orange Muller Light
Alpen Light (3 syns)

And I had a cranberry juice at the pub but as it was a 160ml Britvic 47 calories one, that's only like 2 syns! Woohoo!

Total = 7.5!! I think that's a personal best!
 
Can I ask how you make your sausage and mushroom risotto? Sounds amazing! :)
I've not read through all of your food diary but yesterdays looks fab. :)

It's pretty easy, it's not an official SW recipe but once I swapped butter for Fry Light and took out the glass of white wine I used to put in (!) I made it one! lol.

Serves 2

Ingredients
150g Risotto Rice
5 Heck Chicken Italia Sausages (0.5 syn each)
150g Mushrooms
100g Diced Onion (I buy mine frozen & ready chopped from Asda)
4 Garlic Cloves
1 pint Vegetable or Chicken Stock (depends what's in the cupboard!)
Fry Light Spray

Method
Spray pan with fry light spray
Add onion and garlic and cook for 5 mins on low heat until soft
Add risotto rice and one ladleful of stock
Keep stirring slowly until the rice has absorbed all the stock then add the mushrooms
Keep adding the stock one ladleful at a time until it's all absorbed - the rice should be soft but still maintain a little bite!

Whilst that's happening, I George Foreman my sausages then chop em up, stir em in and voila!

Wow that's some willpower! I don't have an asda near to me :( But will keep a lookout at Tesco just in case!

Mmm the risotto sounds good! Where did you get the sausages from? I've got a feeling someone may have already asked you but can't seem to see it! So apologies if that's the case.
