Sorry that you didn't get a response - sometimes I pop into the site and jump from topic to topic other times I am only on for a few mins.
I came back after 6 weeks away from site and there are still some topics I have not read.
Why not give it another go?
Irene

You were not being choldish at all - it must be so frustrating when you ask for info and you don't get a reply. I tend to 'go' between this site and some holiday sites so suppose I miss things. Hope you are going to use site more - we really are a friendly lot.;)

Welcome Bajoleth!

Irene might not think its childish - but I do in a way. Im sorry! not for not posting a response to you (I didnt even see the post), but for you taking it so personally. We ARE a friendly bunch, we ARE supportive and welcoming (as you should know as you say you've been reading around) Its silly that you would think it was intentional that you were being ignored....... becuase as it stands you're only a name, so no would would have any reason to ignore you. A lot of us felt daunted by posting initially, but try posting on the main part of this forum - rather than up here on the stickys, I for one tend to read those parts more and I know that others do too! x

Thanks Zenabob, i'm not going to eat the whole jar but you'd think it would be less than that as its not high in fat, this syn thing is a bit of a minefield isn't thanks for the info ;) Jo
ps am still having it will just have to rethink the ripple as a treat, i'm tight with my syns !!

Rainbow, you are right, I apologise. 37 and acting like a child, sorry to all who read that post. Jo

Apology accepted. You obv felt that way when you posted. Welcome hun - as I said before I tend to read, post and reply in the main part of this SW forum. You might have already done so. Check out some of our diarys and you'll get to know the mad bunch that we are!! xxx

Yeah , when i worked out how much I would actually have, its not bad at all!! How many syns do you have a day on average and do you use most for treats or use them to make more interesting meals? Thanks Jo

it varies from day to day, On average i use about 10 syns a day, if not in recipes, then just have a treat later in day, when kids in bed.

Jo, I only just picked up on this, but honestly don't take it personally when people don't reply. I posted a long time ago asking for something and never got a response, but I wasn't counting on only this place for answers. I have no books and go off my body optimise website....so I can normally find things, but it takes time and sometimes you may mean to respond, but something interrupts you and you don't actually post. No one would deliberately exclude or ignore you. Everyone on here is ever so sweet and nice, and once of the nicest group of people I have ever come across on the internet. So, good luck in your future postings...and also look at the recipe sticky for ideas...it is great and I post recipes in there all the time. ( that is when i actually like something)

Thanks for that, i,ve just been browsing and reading about your fertility 'problems' and of course success. Congratulations you deserve it. I've 4 aged from 2 - 12 and they are totally worth all the hard work and worry arn't they, all the best Jo

Hi bajoleth
Just browsing and saw your request - someone already beat me to it.
Glad you decided to post again - see you in the main forum.
Irene
