Thankyou so much everyone, I know I'm a pain in the ass but my syns book is my mum's from 1997, and they're still called "sins!" And there is not much up to date things in it and I'm worried what they DO have in there is old and wrong information anyway.
 
Yeah it will be. I started 4 years ago and already my original book is out of date and full of corrections!
 
Hi, anyone know the syn values in morrisons own packet mix sauces(sausage casserole, chilli con carne etc),also Bisto country chicken casserole and shepperds pie sauces they are in a jar, thanks Jo

Thanks flip flop, the sausage casserole mix is quite low isnt it, so I think i'll have it with qourn sausages tonight. Any one else know about the Bisto country chicken, I love it with dry roast pots its like having a 'dinner', i'm just hoping its not too bad syn wise, thanks again Jo:eat:
 
Sorry flip flop, didn't notice you'd put in the values already !! Thats great, i'm not really sure if it is Bisto that does the shepperds pie now i'm thinking about it, oh god i'm so scatter brained I really don't know how I make it through the day, Big thanks again Jo
 
Yeah, I like the dry packet mixes, because thats for the whole pot. I used a Colemans savoury sauce mix to put on pasta with veg and the total sins for the packet was 4, divided by 4 people, so 1 sin and milk from allowance.

How about mayonnaise?

Today while out I bought an egg mayonnaise sandwich, no brand. The egg is free I know, 2 slices brown bread HexB, so it's just the mayo. I'm guessing there was about 2 tablespoons of it in there.

Am I right the way I've worked this out? Am I okay with the bread and egg?

(Also, for future reference, how many syns in 2 slices medium wholemeal hovis?)

hello :)

I just started slimming world today...i think it's going ok although its a little confusing but i'm sure i'll pick it up as i go along.
My question is... does anyone know whether olives are a syn on green days?..i looooove olives and am hoping they are free but thought i had better ask before guzzling a jar!
