Thank you. I've made a few decisions. Juddding works, we no it does. So I am going to embrace it. I'm going to only count my cals on a down day, just so I know that I'm keeping it below 500. Other than I'm just going to make healthy choices, enjoy my meals. And exercise a few times as I can x

Finding this hard. My down day starter at 5 yesterday till 5 tonight. Thought it wud b easy. It's not. But I felt as if yesterday should have been a down Nd I suppose on the flip side of that is my body thinks today is an up. Just need to get used to New way of Juddding... X
 
Im on an up day now :-( hate up days when I am working. Think I'll still try not eat at work as if I'm on a down!

So I see was hard enough doing the complete fast? I'm going to give it ago this wk I think. Starting from tonight. Were you still having tea/coffee?

I haven't actually done a true fast yet.

Day is going ok, as husband is offs today I got to go to bed so eating hours reduced, thankfully. Not eating since 9am so down day already started! :)

Yeah, slowing into it! Just gotta sort my up days now :) but sorted so many issues I know that will get sorted too :)

Down day didn't go great :'-( had my breakfast at 9am n went to bed yesterday. Got up at 4, wasn't hungry so didn't eat. And then didn't eat till 4am And couldn't stop eating. Haven't worked out cals yet but cud prob call today an im day.

Moral of story, be better prepared for a down day at work. And get self under control x
 
Lol ok. 1500 calories. Easy how it adds up. Worst is I'm hungry cos it was rubbish food! Done loads of walking at work last night and with my run yesterday I don't feel too bad about it. Gonna try a down day now, which wud last till 5 tomorrow night. have planned to have fajitas tomorrow with husband so something to encourage me to stay strong for, wanna enjoy them guilt free :) x
 
I do get hungry whne I eat rubbish .I had pastie this morning and soem sort off caramel biscuit thing and felt sick all day lol .good luck with your DD and tea tomorrow will be fab x
 
Still hungry. Nearly forgot I wasn't going onto an up day! Although now on a New down day so may have some soup just now! Really wanna see some results come weigh day! Really gonna try stop weighing constantly! X
 
Okay. Today did not go well! Although I didn't have down days I did not have up up days. So having my down days as actual days for rest of week and then think about how to do work nights. I think having an up day before it is what worked!

So down day tomorrow... X
