I know! And I have nearly peed myself more than once trying to sit on the toilet! My legs are that sore! Not good :-/ lol

Apparently no pain no gain! Good luck with it. I considered doing my shred twice today, this morning and tonight with hubby. But I'll maybe do that further down the line. If it's nice (not too wet) on Wednesday I may go a run as my sister is babysitting so I can do an extra shift at work.

I've lost 2lbs this week and I weighed a day early! Maybe get a 8 day week next week lol x

So made an impromptu decision just to do my shred this morning. Really wanna get into these jeans or know I've done as much as I can! It's my own faith for messing about all these months x

And v impressed with you sticking at 30DS - I did it again on Saturday. Why are press ups so hard??? I am such a weakling!

I'm not even using weights yet lol it's too blinking hard! Who'd have thought 20 minutes can cause so much pain! X
 
When I started this diet at start of November I was 205lbs I'm now 197lbs :) didn't even notice I'd lost 8lbs....

It's nearly dinner time. All I've had is a cup of tea and two lindt balls. Not sure what I'm gonna do. I'm working tonight and I always over eat when on nights. I'm on two together so dunno how to work in my down days. I think I might try a ddd with calories up to 800 each day. Up Thursday down Friday as I'm at work again and think about weekend when I get there xl

Hi t2g, hope you are ok. Can't really look at the pics as am at work haha but you say they feel better! You will be there in no time I bet.

Are you on an UD? How were the lindt balls? They were possibly one of the only edible things in the entire world that I don't like!! Much more a cadbury girl.

Oh I love the lindt balls! I turned yesterday into an up so aiming for a down but I'm ok if it doesn't turn out that way. Prob more of a calorie counting week, horrible shifts this week Nd makes eating (or not eating) hard.

Just finished level 2 of the shred Nd omg that was hard. Bring back the jumping jacks lol I think I will b in those jeans by Christmas if I can keep this going :) would like to run but cannot do it all lol x
