Feeling a bit diet deflated. Having an impromptu down day (Hanns way), which is making me feel a bit better as nearly flung towel in.

Had a lovely birthday with my now four year old daughters :) x
 
Thursday 197.6

Going back to "days", just easier for me actually lol so down day today, nearly flung towel in. Pleased with weight this morning, wonder if tomorrow will show a loss? May not as had a few up days. Going back to tracking too. It works for me. Going to try squeeze a run on this afternoon, it's difficult in evenings now as it is getting dark early!

Lol change of plan. Again. Going onto an up day ;-) just done 13 down days. Weight was 186. 6 this morning. Next weigh in, next Saturday. Going straight onto the Mon wed Fri down sat sun tues Thursday up this week. May fling in a double down as a transition onto eating..... Sorry folks, too much jumping about x

Stopped running for the time I was doing exante. One of reasons I decided to stop it, I actually missed it! Gonna go out and try a 5k tomorrow. Hope I can do it!

You'll be reet! Not sure how far I'm going tomorrow....keep toying with doing a 9 miler again, but then start chickening out!

I have no idea how you have the willpower to return to a vlcd. I did 8 weeks and never, ever again will I put myself through that. You're amazing to do that. Really.

Lol I only managed 13days! Husband has twice mentioned my moods this week n thought my marriage wasn't worth losing along with the weight. Kids been grumpy too but I think that is a reflection off me. Really is not worth all that. I done it for 8 weeks too, between my baby and my wedding and was happy with the side affects.

I haven't went beyond 6.5miles! Cannot imagine it! Very impressed with you ':) husband wants me to do great northern run with him this year.... Xxx
 
Been a funny old week. When I say funny I mean rubbish. Anyway. First down day of the week! And its the last day. No matter. Tried having a breakfast to see if that helped.better for a down day.it doesn't, not doing it again!

Calories for the day 542 unless I have less milk. Which I may or may not achieve as I'm struggling. X
 
Yesterday I had a down day. Today I'm going to aim for another one. I'm ok if I don't though x

Lol just eat veg rest of the day! I've made soup n gonna have that lunch and dinner. Also going to have a bake at home roll for dinners (2 actually). Since its going to b a ddd I think a,little extra calories r allowed x
