I'm currently sitting outside a building I'm about to go into for an interview, so I thought I needed a sugar and caffeine burst. Hopefully it doesn't make me sugar struck and ramble lol

Well?

Just finished a double down day. 700 calories yesterday 800 today. Little high but ok for a double I think x

On today's down day I even managed a bit of chocolate. Ok so my intake is at 600 but I'm ok with that. I may or may not do another down tomorrow cannot decide yet.... I'll see what happens tomorrow. Really want into these size 14 jeans!
 
Went over 600calories today. Was hungry today. Still haven't decided about tomorrow. Will start day as a down and see how it goes lol x

Well done fitting some choc in on a DD!! I am adopting a similar-ish plan to you I think a few lower calorie days of 600-800 ish and then some middle days 1200 and a few 1500-2000 :) I think changing it up really helps. Do you have much planned for the weekend ? :)

It's worth trying out anyway, confuse your.body and hopefully it pays off x
 
Chocolate for breakfast. Not a great start.lol found it in car (from yesterday) and this somehow meant I was to eat it. Had like 300 calories n only had sweets today :-/ meant to b doing better on ups to try and get into my 14s... Might get out my 30ds..... It only takes 20 minutes so time to do it and shower before nursery collection.... Wonder if baby will let me. Here goes...
 
Ow very sore today. Say 2 of shred done. Ouch. Having an im day today down tomorrow and weigh on Monday! Which is only 6 days buy that's ok
 
Day 3 of shred done. 10% way there. Husband doing it (his version) with me which is nice.

Been looking over my week and it looks ok. Two uuawd with calories at nearly 3000 but over week I've averaged at 1230 calories a day. Happy with that.x
