I decided against using exercise calories even though i run on most of my fast days (even 10 miles some times) On long run days i always say i can use up o half the clas burned but find i never need too.

I don't eat back any exercise cals at all as the overall total on the calorie guide is adjusted for how much exercise you do, so I stick to that. I also wonder if you're doing Shred, whether you could have some water weight tbh, as your muscles take on mo water when repairing after tough exercise.

Aw thank you. My muscles are very sore actually. I'm gonna stop weighing, well try. The effective of that weight yesterday through me into a gorge. I don't mind gains on an up down but not cal counting but even then I suppose I did weigh after a down last week so cudv also b food. I'm doing a down today and Monday n going to weigh on Tuesday. Or maybe wait till Friday. U ok? X

Do u think? I'm on level two, moved early. Done it 10 times over 9 days. Butt dunno if I'm too fat for it to make a difference.... I'm determined to get to end absolutely dreading level 3!
