t2g's next step on weight loss journey...

I can't get over level two lol thought it was gonna b harder level 1 stuff. Never heard of a walking push up!
 
Really tempted to do the shred twice today but keen to do level two again n don't wanna b stiff from level one! Was gonna run but bottom of foot is quite sore n don't wanna risk injury! Not had a single down day this week, just been calorie counting. Maybe try a down on Sat.....
 
Up 2lbs so far :-( weigh in not till Tuesday. Not a happy camper. Maybe stop eating back my calories....
 
How frustrating about gaining. Dr Johnson does say about eating back your calories in the book on down days and he say the problem with it is that people often overestimate calories burned during exercise so you have to be careful to accurately account for calories burned.

I decided against using exercise calories even though i run on most of my fast days (even 10 miles some times) On long run days i always say i can use up o half the clas burned but find i never need too.

And I haven't had any down days this week. Cos of my shifts. Been a calorie counting week. Prob all adds up to why my weight is up. I'll do a down day before weigh in which isn't actually till Tuesday vand continue up down next week. Thank your good luck x
 
Good to catch up with how you are getting T2G - you're doing well!

I don't eat back any exercise cals at all as the overall total on the calorie guide is adjusted for how much exercise you do, so I stick to that. I also wonder if you're doing Shred, whether you could have some water weight tbh, as your muscles take on mo water when repairing after tough exercise.

Aw thank you. My muscles are very sore actually. I'm gonna stop weighing, well try. The effective of that weight yesterday through me into a gorge. I don't mind gains on an up down but not cal counting but even then I suppose I did weigh after a down last week so cudv also b food. I'm doing a down today and Monday n going to weigh on Tuesday. Or maybe wait till Friday. U ok? X

I'm ok, thanks - after a wobbly few weeks. I'm impressed you can mix up calorie counting and IF. CC drives me insane - I think about food all the time! And always feel a bit hungry.

Didn't really say I was successful. I count but only cos I can count high! Seriously need to reign it in...

I'm driving myself insane. Although to b fair I was doing well with juddd just couldn't work around my shifts this week and calorie counted but unfortunately was reAlly just a week of ups!
 
Done the shred today after taking day off it of yesterday. Really doesn't get any easier lol
 
Not a happy bunny. I cannot do this! Eating about 2000 calories a day and cannot stop.... Down day tomorrow. First in a week!

Omg I did the 30DS a few months ago! Completed 10 days of number 1, then when I went onto level 2 I thought I was literally going to die lol. I did about 2 days of that and gave up. I could definitely tell it was working though, even after only 12 days x

Do u think? I'm on level two, moved early. Done it 10 times over 9 days. Butt dunno if I'm too fat for it to make a difference.... I'm determined to get to end absolutely dreading level 3!

No you'll def see results! Did u measure yourself before u started? Because ur meant to lose more inches than weight on it x

I took photos in a pair of size 14 jeans I wanna get into. I have posted them. Should have measure. Sure my thighs more shaped. X
