Had my HEXB wrap with HEXA phil, marmite and quorn slices.

Not off for a very quick gym sesh!

*went for Alpro instead of quark (5.5) and had 1 G&T at the pub (2.5)

Weigh in day! And what a wet and miserable one it is.

B - blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and banana with fat free Greek yogurt.

L - jacket potato with WW tuna (2) and salad. Free yogurt. Melon

D - pasta bake (HEXA of cheese)

S - sugar snaps, cherry tomatoes and carrots with hummus. Fruit. Alpen light x 2 (HEXB)
 
Thank you. It's just so miserable! Not helping the fact that I am having, quite frankly, a pretty terrible day. So fed up of my job :sigh:
Tonight may well involve post weigh in chocolate.
 
Don't worry! There will be no binging, just some moderate eating. Have asked OH to pick chocolate up, which means I can't buy everything in the shop LOL

Just having a bit of a hard time in general at the moment and it doesn't help that I'm my own worst critic.

0.5lb off last night - which is probably fair, considering I got away lightly last week and had a blow out at the weekend. Will be on plan this week and a lot more organised!

We're out tonight, for an album launch. More live music, hurrah! I am going to stick to diet coke and hopefully it won't be too late. Booked for body conditioning tomorrow morning and I already feel wiped out

Maybe you're overdoing things that can make you feel washed out x

Well, I had the best NSV! Had an appointment with the nurse tonight and she was so thrilled with the weight I've lost. It was her who got me the vouchers to start SW in the first place. Plus I treated myself to a dress in the M&S sale (why would anyone ever buy anything full price in there?!) - tried on three dresses, all in a 14 and all fitted

Was peckish when I got home, so good think there were some cold potato wedges left over.

Had an Alpro before we went out (5.5) - total syns for the day 6.5
 
Saturday! Planning on going to the cinema at some point this weekend, I really want to see Pitch Perfect 2! I want to get some good planning in for the week as well and need to decide what I'm going to make for our taster on Thursday.

I am ridiculously excited about Pitch Perfect 2. Just the sort of film needed to cheer me up.

Brilliant body conditioning class and a lovely walk there and back in the sun. Picked up loads of fruit from the greengrocer. Including some pineberries (amazing!). So just got home and snacked on a bit of fruit.

I imagine lunch will be HEXB wrap with HEXA halloumi and smoked salmon, with salady bits
