Thanks ladies! Sun's come out and it's gorgeous now. Really good class and I worked so hard. Picked up some strassberries (strawberries crossed with raspberries) AMAZING! I might make some syn free meringues and do an eton mess type thing with them (if I don't eat them all before I get chance). Was really hungry when I got in from group, so had 2 plums and pear; this sort of weather just makes me crave lots of fresh fruit
 
Love the sound of eton mess!! Think I might have to get on that :D Where did you get the Strassberries from? They sound lush!
 
Just from a local greengrocer. I've had a little look on line and it seems that they also do pineberries.

So, today is heading off track. But that's fine, I can deal with that. Dinner is going to be SW Quorn beef strogganoff. However, there is going to be a considerable amount of GIN involved (and there may have been half a brownie... but it was a really amazing tasty brownie)
 
There was much gin..... I got home at 6.30ish and now I'm off out for brunch (and then back to sleep before the hangover can bite) *bad dieter*

I only had about 4 of this polish vodka and woke up with a bad head!
Went round boot sale this morning , come back and just had couple hours kip!
Reckons body isn't as used to the alcohol as it used to be:D

At least the gin is fluid and not food , will go straight through LOL !

Well, the sleep thing didn't happen; but I've managed to drink enough to mean that the hangover has yet to kick in. Brunch was delicious! I think we're off to pub for a roast in a bit. Let's just say today is also an off-plan one. I think I've needed this bit of a blow out. Had some awesome times with some of my bestest friends.

I haven't stopped drinking gin just yet.... tomorrow is either going to kill me or a good nights sleep will sort me right out! Good thing I have tomorrow booked as holiday.

Yay pilates tonight; having a restful morning and doing some meal planning at the moment. I was going to try and get to the gym, but I seem to have turned my ankle slightly, so need to take it easy.

B- blueberries, raspberries and strawberries with fat free Greek yogurt.

L - HEXB wrap with HEXA cheese and Quorn bacon with a side salad.

D - salmon and hake BBQ burgers from M&S (3 syns for 2). Will probably have that with salad and sweet potato wedges.

Off to big Tesco at some point as well to pick up some bits and bobs
 
I do believe it is. In part, because there's no way I can afford to that again! Although, we have loads on this week. I think I'll go back to diet coke for now.

Big Tesco shop done. Going to pop to Primark for a browse, then come back and do some cooking bits and bobs. Think I might make a sun-dried tomato hummus

Had 1 syn worth of burger relish in my wrap and will have an Alpro later (5.5)

On and off. I smoked over the weekend, but back on my e-cig now.

Urgh, I really do not feel like being back at work today. I just don't have the energy for it. Trying to cope with the general lack of energy by drinking very strong coffee.

L - the last bit of Quorn strogg, potato wedges and salad. Melon. Free fruit yogurt.

D - pasta with HEXA of cheese.

S - fruit. Sugar snaps, cherry tomatoes and carrots with sun-dried tomato hummus. Alpen lights x 2 (HEXB)

Wednesday! Gym and then a gig tonight, so will be busy busy after work.

L - jacket potato with WW tuna (2 syns) and salad. Flavoured quark pot (1) and fruit.

D - roast quorn and veg
