Had prawns and sweet chili sauce in my wrap as well (1.5)

D - going to be seafood risotto from the new book

Will have quark with options (2) and PB2 (2.5) for pudding

Total syns for the day: 6 (I think...)

Edit: will be 7 syns total - going to have a tbsp of parmesan on my risotto!

seafood risotto sounds lovely, need to find some seafood/fish dishes out to do , as i seem to be eating a fair bit of fish anyway :)

I can't remember the last time I went shopping and picked up 14's, so it's great! The seafood risotto was amazing - would recommend - but it does take longer than the book reckoned on.

OH wanted some wine with his dinner, so had a glass for 6.5

Meaning my actual total syns for the day is 13.5

D - having the gnocchi and tomato sauce from the book.

Not too sure what lunch will be yet, probably similar to yesterday
 
Worked hard in classes this morning and feel great for it!

L - HEXB wrap with HEXA halloumi, smoked salmon and sweet chili sauce (1.5). With a salad and some fruit.

Will have a syns worth of parmesan on my gnocchi tonight. (1)

And fancy quark with options (2) and PB2 (2.5) for dinner again!

Wet, miserable Monday... just sets up such a great start for the week.

Thought I was going to be late this morning; someone had broken down or something and it was causing havoc. It was clear as soon as we got passed, so actually arrived in plenty of time for my shift start (although not with time to do the over time I was considering)

B - blueberries, blackberries, rapsberries, strawberries and banana with fat free Greek yogurt.

L - seafood risotto. Free yogurt. Fruit.

D - Linda M sausages with crushed new potatoes and roast veg (HEXA of cheese in my mash)

S - HEXB alpen light bars, fruit, sugar snaps, cherry tomatoes and carrots with sun dried tomato hummus.
 
Brilliant pilates class! Had my HEXA of triangles mixed in with my red cabbage and slightly melted over my crushed potatoes.

Delicious and super filling.

Will have some quark with options (2) and PB2(2.5)

Pinched a couple of crisps from my OH earlier and had a bit of cheese - so let's call that 3 syns

Total syns for the day: 7.5
 
Wet and miserable is definitely not a nice start to the week! The weather became much nicer this afternoon, so that was something. Hope you had a good day. Your food looks lovely!
 
Thanks! Trying to get new things into the repetoire again.

It did cheer up yesterday evening, but rained again when I was walking to pilates.

Tuesday... it's started out sunny, but they're threatening hail!

B - blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and banana with fat free Greek yogurt.

L - the last of the seafood risotto. Fruit. Apple crumble yogurt.

D - pasta (HEXA cheese)

S - sugar snaps, cherry tomatoes and carrots with hummus. Fruit. Alpen light x 2 (HEXB)
 
Argh - last call of the day was flipping Owl Lady again! A 40 minute conversation... I was ready to drop when I got off that call and eventually left the office (only to wait in the rain for a bus, which then had its heating on stupidly high)

Needless to say, I wobbled. When I popped into Tesco I picked up a fudge bar (5.5), which sorted out the sugar cravings. And then one of those baked cheese twists from Sainsburys (which I have just found out are 16 syns! Totally horrified... but I did enjoy it!)

Just had some quorn ham with cottage cheese, because I was so hungry when I got in.

Will have a flavoured quark when we get in later (1)

Total syns for the day: 22.5
 
Wednesday and today is a new day! (not that I'm feeling positive, but it's nice to try)

B - blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries and banana with fat free Greek yogurt.

L - gnocchi and tomato sauce with salad. Yogurt. Fruit.

D - rice and peas from the new book. I think ours will have edamame beans in as well, because I think that's the frozen mix we have in!

S - sugar snaps, cherry tomatoes and carrots with hummus. Fruit.

WI tonight! Here's hoping for a good loss.

Ended up on 8 syns yesterday; had an Alpro instead of quark.

D - pasta bake with HEXA of cheese

S - fruit. alpen lights (HEXB). Sugar snaps, cherry tomatoes and carrots with hummus.

1lb off! Happy with that, it's all going in the right direction. (would still like to see some big losses, but will settle for this!)
 
Finally Friday! And a long weekend to boot. I know that the weekend is going to be somewhat off plan, as we have a lot on, but I don't mind that. Going to have a green day today.

Don't want to post too much about work, in case it makes me identifiable! It's basically calls about cars... although they call for all sorts of other reasons LOL

Well, we had our team meeting this morning and there was food. I'm normally really good, but couldn't resist today. So I had a cookie, a mini doughnut and a couple of oreos. But I did balance it with some strawberries!
