Wow, thanks for the information Mis-behave. I wonder if the medication i take for excess stomach acid is affecting my stomach?

Well yesterday was nearly a good day. I ate more than i planned to but did stick to a 6hour eating window. Today i will have a 5hour window. Doing okay so far but have eaten quite a few sweets today so that will have an impact but i will at least stay within my calorie goal. Fingers crossed.
 
Aww, I know how you feel. I am forever overeating / binge eating :( Today is a new day though! So draw a line under it & it'll be ok.

Just doing IF wasn't working for me anymore - or rather I wasn't working! Too few DDs, too many UD binges. I've now decided enough is enough though, fed up of losing the same stone over & again, & never getting to target.

Anyhow, sorry for the long moan in your diary! Only meant to to say one day won't undo everything if you get back on it today, which I know you will :)

Don't worry about Emmster. Think we're all feeling diet fatigue at the moment. I will get back on track. At some point!
 
Didn't realise i'd not updated for this long.

Been up to Skipton for a couple of mate's joint birthday celebration. BBQ in afternoon at Bolton Abbey and a beautiful meal at a restaurant named Thai Basil in Skipton town centre. I can thoroughly recommend it if you visit Skipton. My friends got a complimentary dessert, glass of thai whiskey and a little make up purse type wallet.

However due to a weekend of eating and drinking i have gained another 3lbs which brings my impressive total to 7lbs gained in 3 weeks! This new gain, coupled with my frustration of not being able to find anything nice to wear for my friends party and the awful feeling of my trousers being way too tight even before i had anything to eat has made me refocus on my eating. I will be on track from tomorrow and hopefully start moving some of those gained pounds and make a start on the rest.
 
We've been missing you here Carrot, I am currently doing just 2DD's a week, 3 MD's and 2 UD's, its less stressful on the mind, come on together we can all get back on track, the JUDDD bus is waiting for you.
 
First weigh in of new regime and i'm down 3.5lbs! I've stuck to the 8hours and replaced one of my meals with a meal replacement shake which has helped me stick to my calorie counting goals. Exercise hasn't been as successful but never mind. Saturday was a pain and i ate more calories than i should have and i'm at another family function today so probably going to eat more than i have again today. I'll have to wait until next Saturday to see how that will work out in the grand scheme of things. But i'm feeling a lot more positive than i was. Been on the leangains website and read up on the health benefits of the 8hour window so know i'm getting some of those as well.

Since this is a new start i've updated all my stats and wiped the info in my signuture so i can reflect my new losses. Here't to have another good new week :)

Not having such a good week this week. I've over eaten on the bank holiday (who doesn't?), then Monday i just couldn't sleep and by the time 4am rolled round i was hungry and bored so i got up to make some food and ended up pigging out. I think this should also be my TOTM as well. Not 100% sure as i'm now on the mini pill and no longer actually having a TOTM but my body is still reacting as though i am. Would be very happy for a STS this week..... Fingers crossed the scale agree with me.
