Fingers crossed for you Carrot! When is your WI? I also hugely overate over the BH :ashamed0005: but was super good the rest of the week which seemed to make up for it :) So you never know. And even if you do get a small gain, you will lose it again next week I'm sure.

Thanks Emmster. Weigh is in Saturday morning. The bank holiday just throws people off doesn't it? Don't know why really. Did ok yesterday but today, amusing MFP is correct in the amount of calories it's telling me are in its sugar packets i will have gone over. Anyway not point panicking. Let's see what Saturday brings.

When is your weigh in Emmster? Have you got plenty of time to get rid of the BH madness before hand? x

Aww, hopefully it's better than you think. My WI is wed, after the terrible BH I was dreading it & expecting a sts (or even a gain!) but actually got a loss. Think it was a combination of being really good on the non BH days incl. 3 fast days, & my weight from the week before being high due to TOTM.

If you do get a gain though, it should come off quickly.

Having a really good week food wise. I'm sticking to an eating window which depending on when i remember to eat can be anything from 8 to 5 hours. I'm having a shake for lunch and then anything i want for my tea. Be interesting to see what the scales say on Saturday.
 
Had a good fast day Tuesday after a good normal day on Monday. But last night I had too much wine and focaccia bread - don't know why although I understand why I ate 3 fresh cream profiteroles from our new chef at work - about 500 cals over :(:(:(

I may well have buggered my weigh in up today by eating way too much. Fingers crossed. Work went okay. The job i used to do no longer exists as they couldn't get anymore funding so i've taken over a part-time role and its completely different from what i used to do. Feeling the pressure. Wasn't really ready to go back but didn't want to end up on benefits.

Hey Love :) Was wondering where you had gotten to. Don't worry about it about over indulging. I've done that today. I'm trying to get my head out of a diet mentality where having an off day would be the end of the world.... Mind you if i've sts on Saturday i'll be playing bloody hell!!!!!!

I'm fasting as well! Always find Friday's a bit tricky, like my glass of wine (or several!) to relax with on a Fri night. Will just have to make do with slimline tonic & pretend it's gin!

Hope you both have had great fasts today.

I fasted until 2.45pm and then had a protein shake. I went to the doctors today to get my new contraceptive pills put on repeat and had to have my blood pressure and weight taken. Bloody pressure was fine but scales said 10st 9 which if correct (and i know its different scales, time of day, clothing, etc) means i've gained. Sigh. I do so well at the start of the week and then it slowly all goes to arse!
 
It doesn't necessarily mean a gain. My weight tends to be very consistent on a day to day basis (no UD / DD swings) - which is weighing first thing in morn, no clothes, after going to the loo. I joined a SW group the other day & I was a whole 5lb heaver!!!! I was absolutely shocked! Got home & weight was same as SW but next morn had gone back down. So the combination of clothes & food / drink during the day can have a large impact. Gd luck for WI, & hope it's not as bad as you think.
