ProPoints Tano's back...

Welcome back hun!

You're not alone, both myself and Sammie are back on it today too! I have just been out for a 5 mile walk and have stocked up on fruit and veggies and I'm tucking into a tuna and egg salad as I type ;-)

I have loads of snackie things left in the cupboard but I need to ignore them and point them when I do eat them!

Ahhhhh I bet you haven't done as much damage as me hahaha! How was your Xmas? Oh go we have soooooo much food here. I just went to asda and bought some healthy treats! X
 
I think I actually put 1lb on more than you ;-) I'm thinking of sticking to SF as much as possible this week and hopefully I will undo most of my damage.

Christmas was lovely thank you. I actually didn't eat much chocolate either! My gain is defo due to lots and lots of wine drinking oh and fish and chips, pork pie, lager and peanuts!

I'm looking forward to getting back into a routine as I have been playing at it for about 5 weeks x
 
Just been to ww and am 10st 10!!! I've put on 3.5lbs in 2 weeks. I must get that down! I went gym tho :D xxx
 
Morning! Back to the gym for a circuit this morning! Tracking all food again today. Lets see how I go!!! I think up until I'm off work, it's going to be really hard to not eat all weeklies and even activity points but I feel that as long as I'm tracking, the damage will be nowhere near as bad as if I don't! Think it will be a "brunch" today after the gym, ill post food later xxx

Well done on starting - at least attempting it!!

And failing hahahahaha!!! I'm out tonight so that will be another bad night. Got a massive gym sesh today!!! Weighed myself this morning and it said down to 10st 7 which means the Xmas bloat must be gone!!! X
 
Ok so tomorrow is my fresh start!

I'm following a special eating plan for losing fat and gaining muscle. There's not a section for it so I may still log on here and put the points in. Still going to ww to get weighed every week x

Good luck to finding your first home.. I just finalised mine in mid December.. Its OOBER stressful but so worth it.. :D

Aww its stressful but fun too.. Just always remember to breath before you let rip ha ha ha ha...
Now I'm on the "fun" part.. we've to pull down the existing kitchen and rebuild it.. Means building a temporary kitchen in the dining room while its being done as my BF is doing it himself (with the help of a few family members obviously) so it'll be dirty, messy and longer than if we were to have someone do it.. But more cost effective and self satisfying (for him)...
