Tan's WW diary....Again

I keep waking sooo early since being back. There is a yoga class on at 8am at the gym so I think I'll go to tht as I'm up anyway. Going to be much better with food today. Had a couple of slices of pizza and a KFC yesterday with the hangover so ate crap!!! x
 
Yoga was excellent, a lovely start to a sunday. walked the nephews to the park and back. Had a white magnum and am just waiting for a yummy roast ;p
 
MORNIN!!!!! Love waking up to sunshine!!! Anyway, weighed myself this morning after the holiday and the weekend of boozing and ***** food and I'm 10st 11. REALLY happy with that as I genuinely thought I'd be over the 11st mark after this weekend for sure. Doubt I'll exercise today as the OH is off work so we're spending the day together and we're out for dinner for a birthday tonight. Just had a grapefruit and coffee for breakfast.
 
Thanks hun. Did all my food shopping today and have bought loads of healthy bits in, obvs won't be starting healthy until tomoz. Went for a starbucks, had a caramel light frappuccino and a lamb n mint pasty hahaha. Well bloody fattening!!!
 
Went to the gym, did a mix of cardio and weights and feel soooo much better for it!!!
 
Cheers hun. We're going to like a Hungry Horse pub tonight and I've decided I'm going to have a jacket potato with cheese n beans ond a side order of onion rings. Just had a nectarine and a mullerlight after gym haha
 
Hd the jacket with cheese n beans and onion rings, also a gall of merlot hehe!!! Doing a back to back gym session tonight, so 2 hours worth of training!!! EEEEEEK! Going to have egg on toast for breakfast I think...Yum!!!
 
Egg on toast (boiled) done...was delish. Dinner is 2 asda jumbo smoked haddock fishcakes and rocket salad, with sweet chilli sauce. Not sure about lunch yet :)
 
Just did 2 hours at gym, totally shattered!!! zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
