Went out last night and got hammered. Day off today :)
 
Back to it today. Just had a cup of tea and huge bowl of crunchy ut....offered a bacon sandwich but turned it down!!! (GO ME!!!) Going gym in about half hour, then gonns start packing for spain on friday WHOOOOP WHOOOOOOP :) XXX
 
Hahahaha tell me about it. Went gym, did a run, rowing, stepper then some weights work and the core ball. Was in there for just over an hour.
Today: Crunchy nut cornflakes and tea

Ham roll (white)
perle de lait coconut yogurt
rice krispie honeycomb square
starbucks raspberry and blackberry frappuccino

red thai chicken curry with green beans and an asda low fat naan bread (no rice)
 
I feel like crap!!!!!! Weighed myself this morning and it said 11 effing stone!!!!!!!!! WTF!!!!! Then weighed after I got in from work and they said 10st 11!!!!!! How can I be heavier after eating???? Anyway I'm truly pi$$ed off as I have been training really hard, have 2 bloody naughty days and I can pack on almost half a stone. I have to eaat ike a bloody rabbit to be thin. i'M SO ANGRY, I just don't know what I can do. I can't not enjoy myself just to stay slim!!!!I dont want to go back to cambridge as I'm trying to not rely on that. I might have to join ww when I get back, the calorie counting clearly isnt working
 
Or slimming world, I just dont know what to do :,(
 
Try not to let it play on your mind while you are away,come back refreshed and then decide Hun :0)
Thanks hun. I'm just so pi$$ed off!!!!!!! I feel like a fat cow! I cant believe I'm a stone heavier. I feel so confused and now I'm scared that I'll be unable to enjoy the holiday as I dont want to get any bigger!

Holidays are about having a good time though plus that weight will soon be off once you are back and join either WW or SW :0)

Hun don't be disheartened you know most of it will be water weight. See where you are on your actual WI all this weighing at different times is no good. There has to be moderation to maintain our weights that's something we've got to learn. Maybe be very good normally so that you can enjoy your days off? Lots of people do something similar cal counting in week to losen up at weekends x
 
Hi all,just got back from holiday, was lovely. Decided I am going to join an actual ww group with my sister. Not weighing (i daren't!!!) Think I will join after this weekend as I've got a busy weekend on. Hope you're all well.
 
Was absolutely smashed last night!!!! BUT I got up tis morning, walked to the gym, did an hours class and then walked back. Really cleared the head. Joining ww on Thursday with my mum n sister, all going to do it together. Think I'll set my goal weight to 9st 1 as 9st 7 just seems unattainable x
