~*~ Tanya's Maint Diary 2 ~*~ Fresh!

Ah mary one day you will get there it obviously isnt meant to be right now :D

You're better than me Tan - I'm terrible, if I decide to start something on a certain day I binge till I start :(:(

I decided on a Thursday night in work 'talking' to Mary to try LT. I phoned the chemist on the friday and arranged to go in on the monday & start then. I put on half a stone over that weekend - effectively adding 2 whole weeks (AND £72!!!) to my LT journey ..... Ridiculous!!!!! xx

I know the feeling Jan.

I too am the same, i know im going to go back on TFR but i reckon after holiday and that i will be 2st up :sigh:

But i am only doing it for 3 weeks and 1 week refeed so hopefully will have atleast a stone off in that time and be much nearer to where i was when i finished lt last time.

Its hard trying not to binge now that i know im going back to it :sigh:

Im even reasoning with myself that i can have a takeaway tonight  lol

Hope you have had a lovely time away :) xxx

I know ... the MAD thing is that these thing DO seem reasonable when you're thinking about them before starting a new 'regime' ..... **sigh** what are we like!) xx

I'm having a nice time but coming home tomorrow  ..... Back to REAL life :)
I DO know how lucky I am to be able to come here now and again to STOP time for me xx

Edit:

Just thought you might like to know i had a phonecall just now from the police about doing my shuttle run.

I am a little gutted.

There is 6 of us that have to do it and there are 2 dates to chose from. Which ever date gets the majority out of all 6 of us that will be the date. The dates are 6th april (the day i fly to paris - knew that would happen:(!!) or the 12th may.

I told them im off to paris on the 6th so my preference is the 12th may. I said im a little gutted as that means im not on this round of training that starts at the end of april but she said that course is full so its likely your application hasnt gone for that one cuz of you needing to do the fitness, made me feel a little better.

I said ok well what if the others chose the 6th april she said not a problem we will arrange another one with you.

I asked about the next lot of training and it isnt untill october :(

But, she did say when i go to do the shuttle run they will also fit me with my uniform so im DEFO! in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Which i am very happy about. They wouldnt be fitting me a uniform if i wasnt successfull :)

Anyways - looks like ive got a long wait now but atleast i am in.

WooHoo you're IN girl!! Everything happens for a reason kiddo - it'll all be for the best :):) Promise ;):)

Good Luck for tonight - I know it's a new shift and therefore presumably a new team but at least you know what you're doing (I'm assuming ...?)
Whatever - you'll be fine honey ..... xx

Yeah, everyone in that place does the same thing - besides our managers. We call ourselves mdec monkeys - we type postcodes and localities for an hour then have a break for 10minutes, then back to typing for an hour, then a break ... you get the picture lol

Its just new team, new manager (even though i know him) and new people, new seat  lol

Congratulations in getting in Tanya, really pleased for you.

Welcome to the nightshift club and good luck, you will be fine.

Oh im really looking forward to the money side of it but im not looking forward to getting into a night shift routine as i love my mornings and days so much!

Will let you know how it goes in the morning.

Worried about getting into a food routine too!

Well done on getting your first nightshift out of the way Tanya, you do get used to them and you adjust to the different times of day you have to do things.

Excellent on the no slipping off to the vending machines too ;-)

You do get used to them Tan ... I remember my first ever full night, I spent most of it sitting in the toilet I felt so ill. I didn't think I'd be able to do it but I was fine after that! You did really well with your eating too - I couldn't survive on that. Well done you xx

Im so determined not to follow the majority of the people on nights at my place and get ..... dont really know how to put this nicely .... 'big'. Cuz its such an inactive job which is why i dont really want to get into the habit of eating bad food whilst at work.

Also, preperation for when i do exante for 3 weeks, i'll just be taking the bar to work with me so nothing like forward planning lol.

:D Just ordered my bumper pack of exante ... looking forward to the strict regime again!

Its a 4 week bumper pack mixture of shakes, soups & bars and inc postage was £105 so alot cheaper than LT.

Only going to do TFR for 3 weeks then a weeks refeed as i missed my best mates birthday last year due to TFR and i promised her i wouldnt miss it this year lol

I can hopefully get atleast 1st off during my 3 week tfring!

Look forward to hearing what it's like Tan xx
