Edit:
Just thought you might like to know i had a phonecall just now from the police about doing my shuttle run.
I am a little gutted.
There is 6 of us that have to do it and there are 2 dates to chose from. Which ever date gets the majority out of all 6 of us that will be the date. The dates are 6th april (the day i fly to paris - knew that would happen
!!) or the 12th may.
I told them im off to paris on the 6th so my preference is the 12th may. I said im a little gutted as that means im not on this round of training that starts at the end of april but she said that course is full so its likely your application hasnt gone for that one cuz of you needing to do the fitness, made me feel a little better.
I said ok well what if the others chose the 6th april she said not a problem we will arrange another one with you.
I asked about the next lot of training and it isnt untill october
But, she did say when i go to do the shuttle run they will also fit me with my uniform so im DEFO! in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Which i am very happy about. They wouldnt be fitting me a uniform if i wasnt successfull
Anyways - looks like ive got a long wait now but atleast i am in.
