Taz's diary - Need to do this!

Not much, not quite as stiff as it was yesterday morning but still painful. I have taken my first lot of painkillers of the day! How are you this morning? x
 
not bad. a bit tired. OH woke me up at 6am getting ready for work and even on my day off i usually end up getting up, so i have. ha. i am still mobile after my step aerobics last night, ha. i had no clue it was so energetic. maybe it's just this one!! hee. guess the warmdown must have been really good :D

Well I had a chat with my naughty scales this morning and they have agreed to be a little kinder to me now. Still not as nice as I'd like them to be but I guess I can't let them take all the blame!
 
Scales should behave themselve in my opinion. They think they can do what they like don't they? x
 
Yeah they do and mine are particularly naughty. They smiled sweetly at me this morning then were back to being bitchy after breakfast! I'm not going to talk to them for the rest of the day now!

lol sorry to say this Abz.... but it ussually catches up with you about the same time you did the class the following day.... unless you had a super dooper stretch and warm up/down!!!! :)
 
glad your feeling a little better Taz.... another day or two and you'll be right as rain!!! ermmm Y u weighin yourself before and after brekkie missus?!??!?!? lol
 
Ha ha you got me! I always weigh myself when I get up in the morning but as it's WI tomorrow and I KNOW I have done loads of damage i am a little nervy atm and checking whenever I go into the bathroom. I know I shouldn't and I won't do it again today

never a good plan to weigh through the day as we start gaining water and then get rid of it overnight and with our morning wee :D don't fret hon, just drink loads of h2o :D

and yes. we are all going a'stepping next week too.

thanks for that gem *sigh*. ha. i'm hoping it won't catch up with me too much. the stretches and things she had us doing at the end were more difficult than the stepping bit, ha. and you should see how low some of these women can take their stretches. saying that, i bet if i handed them 7 stone and said, right, see if your thighs can do it now, they'd have some problems :D

Yes but i think she does a morning class so I will have to email her to find out as I just want to get WI over with this week. I know it's not going to be pretty so I'd rather not prolong it!

I know I shouldn't but I only do it to get a rough idea of where I'm at.

And yes, some people do make it look easy don't they!
 
Good idea - I would've liked it if my consultant did a morning one, maybe she did but I couldnt go cos I was at work x
 
lol love morning weigh in's.... mine is at 9am.... lol x no time to gain anything :)
