Team 8 - GR8 M8s losing W8 - Official Thread :o))))

I'm great today - full day of SS, 5 litres of water down and a pair of (small) size 16 work trousers are now so long and only just hanging onto my hips as of today, so I'm getting smaller. I am still in ketosis so maybe I wasn't as naughty as I thought yesterday.

Just reporting in, I've managed to SS 100% today, I was shattered last night and had a real early night, finally got my TOTM last night, suffered big time with cramps this morning, for hours I lay in the bed waiting for the cramps to ease, I took alka seltzer cuz I figured it would be easier on my stomach seen as I wasn't eating...and so far so good.

Hope your all ok, Chalack, sorry to hear you were hungry yesterday, hope today has been easier for you.

I hope so! Basically the problem is that at the moment I can't go and try on dresses cos they only have them in normal sizes, so I want to wait and be able to try on different styles in dresses rather than have one picked, made, and then find out it is hanus and doesn't fit or look good.

I can probably stall them for a bit - how long do you reckon it will be before I can get into a size 18?

And the taco shell worked - great with grilled chicken and cottage cheese!

It's all about the rolling pin!

I have my weigh in at lunch tom... my scales haven't moved at all since last week, so I'm very worried I've not lost anything. I know I said this at the weekend, but I hoped they would have shifted just a little by now.

just i had loads to do but had to wait in for postie to bring some stock and stuff beforei cud go out and as usal didnt come till nearly 1pm so because of the lovely royal mail never coming early or doing as they say delivery before 12pm which is what i paid for ive only been in house 20 mins and its now 12.54am not happy really tried, got loads of work to do and i havent had all my shakes today as i was so busy and ive got loads of emails and work to do before tomorrow

Congrats on the weight loss and being first to weigh in (officially) for the week! No matter that your disappointed with the number the weight's coming off anyway you look at it ;)

Not sure how long it will take you to get to a size 18 as depends on so many factors but a few weeks ago I found a thread on another webisite where everyone posted their height/bmi/clothes size and I saved it for motivation and also to show how much we all vary..... hope this helps!

I weighed in on boots scales as my cdc away. I realise this may be inaccurate but who cares - I'm taking it! I've now lost over a stone since start of diet (less than a month ago) so well on target. I wish I was having the big losses like so many others but I have to be content with my own journey I suppose.

Hope everyone doing well. Was going to weigh in tomorrow for a bigger loss but have a fuction on so cannot.. will be a CD angel :innocent0002: with renewed enthusiasm.
 
actually started the diet 36 days ago not less than a month... thought I'd better clarify once realised! Gee it's actually going quicker than I expected tho. Where's everyone tonight? It's late I suppose. Good luck with weigh in tomorrow everyone - I won't be on until Friday/Saturday now so see you then!!

Hello everyone well i got good news, just got my weigh in today and ive lost 11 pounds WHOO HOO so
Last week 266 pounds
This week 255 pounds
Loss this week 11 pounds :)

And yes - I had ticker issues, but logged in and out and reloaded lots andit says the right thing now!

I mix the chicken soup into a paste - same consistency for muffins

Then I put blobs on greaseproof paper and spread it really thin with my fingers.

I then nuke them for 140 but I guess that depends on your microwave.

Wait for them to crunchy up before peeling them from the greaseproof.

I tend to do them in a relay - whilst I'm cooking dinner. :D

Hi Ladies, sorry I've not been about much, to be honest I've just been coming home from work and going to bed early, as i've been sooo tired this week, its my TOTM and I'm getting it hard...I've bad news ladies, all my bad hours,days, weeks have caught up and I've had a gain this week :eek:, I've scored everybody, just waiting for DD to give us her results and then we'll be done for the week.

lol im here just in shock i said last week i cudnt believe i only lost 2lbs well this week ive lost
10lbs woohooowoohoooo
cant believe it thats a total of 23lbs in 3 weeks wooohooo so pleased think ill treat myself tomorrow to something nice and shiney lol
