I have been up since the crack of dawn and I feel really energised after my gym session yesterday. I'm going again at 9am before my shift in the hospital at 1pm.
How is everyone getting on? I have been doing the extra easy plan since thurs but I don't think it is working for me. I am going to do red and green til my weigh in on wed night to see if it makes any difference. I think my body is still getting back to normal after messing it around so much trying to do CD. Only time and commitment will tell!!
I have been watching the biggest loser on sky real lives and it has really inspired me to get back into a routine at the gym and pool. I have always used the excuse that I am far too heavy to run. You should have seen the size of some of the contestants and they were all supervised my doctors and trainers during their time at the campus and they had them bonding up hills, running across the dersert and really put them through their paces. I want to try and build it up slowly so I will be able to run a 5K race by the end of the summer and hopefully 10K by the end of the year.
