I think it's the worse time of year for existing dieters. Those just starting their diets are full of determination and drive while we are just gloomy! ((((((Hugs)))))) you will be ok, just don't avoid WI forever xNot doing very well this year so far. It's too cold and I need extra carbs! I'm not even going to WI tonight as I know I've put back on the weight I lost last week (according to my scales anyway).

As I included your home weight as a loss, I will put this as a gain but it will all level out when you are doing all your WI's at class xHi Taz,
I did post that when I joined class on wed that the scales weighed me at 27st 4lb which is only 1lb lighter than my start weight. I initially weighed myself on my own scales at home, first thing in the morning with no clothes on. When I went to class it was in the evening and I obviously was wearing clothes(scary thought....lol), hence the scales weighed me differently. So statistically I gained 6lb for week 2!!!!!!! Not really sure how you want to document that. Going to WI tomorrow night so will post when I get home my week 3 results.
