Sounds lovely x not sure if you're meant to mix your proteins though? Maybe one to ask the CDC x am sure it would be fine just seem to remember hearing it x
 
Evening all. We're very quiet are we all still around?? Hope you've all had lovely Saturdays. I'm really tired today feel quite lethargic so shopping has been hard work. Got myself a few bits though lol. Looking forward now to the voice, an early night and cake international tomorrow :) x
 
I saw her today and she said it was fine so long as I just have half the recommended weight of each! It's the first time iv done it but I checked first...I'm scared of doing anything wrong lol...xx

What happens at cake international? Is it an exhibition where they sell things ect..?

There you go then :) nice dinner option to bear in mind x lol I know what you mean. I'm a little more relaxed this time, still having coke zero every now and again and some chewing gum. It's just that the single portions are so big, iv been struggling! I had fish the other night and it was 3 fillets, I usually only have one normally! It's good to have different flavours too, by far my most enjoyable meal :) iv not had any coke zero yet, just persevering with the water for now! Youv done brilliant losing nearly 3 stone :) you should be really proud of yourself, I know I would be xxx

Evening I'm about to watch the voice too had me soup and shake in a bit for me supper day 17 has been and almost gone :) hope u all ok xx

I love the voice :) much better than BGT although I'll prob watch that after lol! Bf has gone for a meal for our friends birthday but I opted to stay home as Five course meals aren't on my menu at the moment :) green tea for me tonight xx

So apart from feeling exhausted today, I'm fine. Shakes are back on the menu. Funny I'm not bothered about hunger today, all I can think of is how tired I am today, had lots of late nights and broken sleep this week. I need a proper sleep, with no disturbances.

I'd be prouder if I'd stuck it through and jumped ship but what's important is that I'm back to finish what I started x

Are you allowed to mix ya proteins?? And are you allowed spring onions it sounds lush :) glad you loved it xxx

I asked my CDC today about mixing my proteins and she said it was fine so long as you halve the weight of each! And spring onions are on the list in my book :) I'm not going to do it all the time, just now and again for a change! Having chicken breast 2morro with on of the CD soups over the top for a sauce and broccoli...I was told I could do this too but the soup had to count as one of my packets xx
 
Day 13 and struggling today could so easily give up and eat chocolate and carbs :-( the fact that no weight loss since Monday isn't really helping...keep thinking to myself is it worth being this down all the time about not being able to have nice things.. But probably will be downer staying the same weight I am and not doing something about it. :-( bad day. I hope to wake up in a much better mood and mind set tomorrow!

Don't give up throw away your scales I won't weigh myself at home otherwise If I did what u did I wud giv up and cheat plus it's a nice surprise when I get there

I shouldn't keep weighing myself i know...Addictive.. Wish I hadn't. Guna be so embarrassed Monday weigh in when I've stayed the same on week 2! It's TOTM this week so hat best best be the reason! Will it come off next week if I have lost weight this week and its Just water retention from TOTM...I'm not sure if it works like that I've stuck to it 100% as well. :-( thank you for your support :) xxx

Keep at it, even if you loose slowly your still loosing. You'll feel worse if you give up. And like the others say, stop checking the scales x you can do this! X

Don't give up now that you've done the hardest bit - you will be so annoyed if you do . You've probably lost inches & the weight will follow next week. Oh and keep away from the dreaded scales . Be strong xx
