Hi Tbag and all at Team Spirit xx do you know what for the first time in around 6 weeks I can say that today I have been 100% YEY!! Did really well before my holiday and lost 1stone 10 lbs I put 4 lbs on during holiday and have been static since until last week where i lost 1lb and this week 2lb so I am getting there , i am a headteacher at a special needs school and have been off for summer hols so lots of meals out catching up with friends and family so have really struggled to stay 100% for a whole week have had good days though BUT today I feel that I'm back in the zone and it's with the help of the forum. I cut up a mint crisp bar into pieces and have munched on that tonight to curb my sugar cravings, the evening and weekends are my downfall especially if my oh is at work. It really is difficult getting out of the habit of eating and for me it really was a habit i didn't need it but felt that I did I ate when I was happy, sad , lonely, busy, bored, tired i could go on and on i didn't need an excuse !!!!! I've tried lots of diets includin ww and sw lost weight on both but only around a stone and so slow !! I find the fact i dont need to eat and think of what my next meal is going to be works for me and thats why i'm doing ss. When i'm usually on a diet i think of food all day wwww what can i have for lunch, dinner, snacks ect and think of the things I couldn't have and basically i wasmiserable with ss i am on ahigh and i have loads of energy can't wait to get there again. wps sorry i'm going on a bit anyway thank you for the welcome Tbag we can do this Team Spirit!!!!
