They were going to take him with them but I said well what about when you test drive are you going to fix his car seat in every one while you try them? She said yeah u have a point mam I do talk sense sometimes lol.

Red day Hex A - 40g rf cheddar Hex B - 4 x wholemeal Brekki - sb cake, grapes, mullerlight mango and passion fruit Dinner - ham and pease pudd sarnies and a banana Tea - pork steak dinner with tons of veggies and a yorkie pudd Drinks - tea, Pepsi max, diet coke Snacks - fruit and yogurt Syns - sb cake (2) pease pudd (3) yorkie pudd (6) mint hot choccy (1.5). Total 12.5

Edit mint sauce .. 0.5 syns total 13

Aww thanks chick - Ive no idea what i'll wear it will have to be something I already have as its a week to payday and I cant afford anything new boooo!! Probably my (Kathryns lol) blue dress and silver bling and sandals xx

Hello hun it wasnt too bad thanks - and I finished at 3.45 and went to drop some cards off for brother in law for his birthday. We wish our lives away lol - it will soon be February yayyyyyyyy hehe x

Brekkie - Apple ( was mega busy before I realised I'd not had anything)

Dinner - jacket spud with tuna mayo salad and red onion

Tea - home made turkey burgers in buns with pan fried leeks and bns yummy

Drinks - lemon and lime water, diet coke, Pepsi Max

Snacks - belated brekki sb cake grapes strawberries and a mullerlight raspberry and cranberry yogurt

Syns _ sb cake (2) Mayo (3) wm roll (3)? I had 2 with my tea 1 wasn't 60g in total so added extra syns to make up, hot choc (1.5) total 9.5

Pic of tea tonight and my broth In slow cooker for tomorrow night after wi whoop. Also a card I got from my consultant today

It did, it did, the best I've made.

In fact shortly after that I had to try it, still slightly warm, with ff yogurt, mixed with 2tsps white choc options and a few just defrosted cherries. It was really good! Pretty rubbish photo but tasted great.



How are you flavouring your toffee cake, if you don't mind me asking? X

It looks great to me hun mmmmm warm cake is lush.

Just with a toffee mullerlight, 2 mini packs of raisins (4 syns) and some vanilla essence making it a total of 9 syns if not using the sb as hexb. xx
