Snacks - belated brekki sb cake grapes strawberries and a mullerlight raspberry and cranberry yogurt

Syns _ sb cake (2) Mayo (3) wm roll (3)? I had 2 with my tea 1 wasn't 60g in total so added extra syns to make up, hot choc (1.5) total 9.5

Mm sounds tasty. I don't use any yogurt in mine, the one time I did was the massive failure lol but it still comes out moist and tasty.

Lovely card and note, she obviously appreciates having you as a member of her group :)

Thanks hun my dinner was bog standard cant think of anything else to have lol - tea was mega yummy.

It was a lovely thought from my C - shes really good and supportive of her members, very passionate xx

I think the yogurt gives it the flavour ive never tried one without :eek: I tried the curly wurly one ages ago that was nice too lol x
