Brekki - grapes pineapple persimmon and sb cake with yogurt

Dinner - gammon,pease pudding and homemade coleslaw sarnies

Tea - chicken Kiev, hard boiled egg, cucumber, tom and more coleslaw

Drinks - blackcurrant NAS, tea, Pepsi Max

Snacks - yogurt and banana

Syns - sb cake (3) Kiev (9.5) bread x 2 (5) total 17.5

Ah thanks chick I try my best to vary as much as I can pease pudd will always keep creeping in though hehe. Ive had a high syn day today but not mega bad I will pull it back. xx

I've heard of people doing flexi syn so I'm sure u will be just fine. I'm trying to keep it varied, for example rice for lunch today so I had pasta for dinner. X

Hex B - Fruit n fibre with a banana

Brekki - The above

Dinner - jacket spud with tuna mayo salad and a boiled egg

Tea - SW cottage pie and tonsssss of veg

Drinks - tea, orange and pineapple NAS, Pepsi Max, hot choc

Snacks - persimmon, grapes, pomegranate, and a ww apple and pear dessert yogurt

Syns - mayo (5) hot choc (2) total so far 7

Evening lovely - and thanks. I got a nice surprise at WI, its about time I turned things around! The coat was a real bargain hehe.

Andrea is coming over to stay on Saturday night along with my sons GF and were having wine and pizzas while the boys are out doing a belated wetting of the babies head lol

So .......... no doubt Andrea and Lauren will be chatting and giggling (theyre about the same age) and i will of course under duress ( yeah right) look after the little fella yayyyyyyyyyyyyy xx
