You have tons going on hun dont be so hard on yourself, life does get in the way and sometimes its downright $hite, but we have to pick ourselves up and dust ourselves off or we would sink. My minis friends are fab support and Id be lost without them x

Thanks Jen - its just so flipping frustrating isnt it? I will try again tomorrow but I think a lot of ppl are right when they say C's dont have as much time support for target members, when I spoke to her last week she just said oh it happens sometimes with target members!!!

Well I dont want it to happen to ME!! grrrrrrrrrrrr - my friend from group is in the same boat, she got to target before me and shes put 12lbs back on, shes so angry with herself, so we have agreed after WI tomorrow we're going to hound each other lol x

I will make sure I pester her lol we both sit in group and go over the week and what we think we should/could have done better, put the world to rights haha. So hopefully next week will be a good one

I dont normally let things get to me enough to binge - I usually control it rather than let it control me, but the garlic bread was there and I just thought s*d it im gonna have it!

She's done fab in her first week hun - I just hope its not a short lived thing with her and she sticks with it. She must have gained about 3.5st since she went off work sick in June :-( x
