Never had those but I used to get norithisterone which helped me. Don't have that prob now thank goodness x

HEXA - 30g Cheddar
HEXB - wholemeal roll

Brekkie - Blueberries, grapes, banana, sb cake and mullerlight vanilla yogurt

Dinner - Ham and cheese roll ( was in a rush)

Tea - Minced beef and dumpling with boiled pots, carrots, cauli, brocolli, peas, geen beans and butternut squash

Drinks - NAS, pepsi max, tea

Snacks - none yet

Syns - Sb cake (1.5) Dumpling (8) gravy (2) hot choc (2) marshmallows (2) snack a jacks (5) Total 20.5 oops

Ive just got a horrible head cold hun, my ears and head hurt and my neck feels like ive swallowed golf balls, when I talk it sounds like I have a peg on my nose lol x

Thanks Michelle it was lush. Ive been under syns the last couple of days so not too worried, just keep low tomorrow and I eat little on a WI day so should be ok on Weds xx

My ears arent as bad today but my head and nose are :-( I hate having a cold lol id rather be Ill grrr. x

HEXA - 40g RF cheddar
HEXB - 2 x wholemeal bread

Brekkie - SB cake, banana and mullerlight vanilla


Dinner - JP with tuna/mayo salad and red onion

Tea - Spag Bol packed with mushrooms and onions, and a side of brocolli, cauli,carrots and green beans

Drinks - NAS, pepsi max

Snacks - Banana, cheese on toast (hex's)

Syns - SB cake (1.5) hot choc (2) marshmallows (2) Mayo (3) total 8.5 - will have a packet of velvet crunch if hungry later but dont think i will be
