Hi Nettie, we had a section meeting yesterday, the boss spoke we listened, no-one was allowed to chip in, comment, ask Q he basically said its not a playground and stops right now, standards of behaviour etc was mentioned, so whilst the meeting involved everyone he still did not address the individual. So watch this space. She is still only speaking to me when she has to.

She has her end of year report with him tomorrow I had mine today. He asked how I thought the meeting went, I said to be honest i dont think it will make a difference she is so thick that she wont have realised that all the comments he made yesterday were aimed at her. He knows she will mention it tomorrow in her meeting and he is ready to shoot her down. 1. She shouldnt be using works e mails to e mail the girl sitting right next to her about it, 2. she is taking the problem outside the dept and texting ppl, 3. if she has a problem she should have made him aware. He asked if it comes to it would i have a meeting with her and him in the same room. I said why should i attend a meeting when ive done nothing wrong???? She should be made aware of the animosity she is causing not me.

Your right about them skirting around the issue, it pi$$es me off big time

No no no! It's not your fault. Don't attend a meeting! He's only asking you to do that to make his life easier as he doesn't want to tackle the issue head on. X

At my old work if we had issues (which we often did, over 20 young girls working together in a nursery) our manager used to pull us into meetings and we had to resolve the issues between us and although they were really uncomfortable situations, they really did help as we got to air our thoughts and then worked together much better. He really needs to grow some b@lls though and sort her out! x
