I had a phone call today from the specialist to make an appt for my back, it was for the 24th. I said I dont get back from hols until the 26th, so she said are you free tomorrow - I said I AM NOW lol . So ....... appt is 10.10 in the morning and hopefully that will set the ball rolling re treatment/cause of pain.

I sure will hun - I just hope its not a waste of time ill be gutted. I cant go on forever with pain like this. Its the one thing im dreading on holiday as OH likes to walk a lot, and I can only walk for about 40 mins before my back locks. He will just have to be patient with me lol

I have a problem with my back too following a fall at work over 12 months ago. Got a phone call from physio today saying that I am booked in for a course of Pilates starting 1st May for 4 weeks - now just need to sort out a shift swap for the 3rd week as I am on an 8 o'clock start that week and need an 11:30 start instead. I hope this works for me and also good luck for tomorrow and they can get to the bottom of the problem.
