Dinner - Jacket potato with leftover katsu sauce, Salad

Tea - Toasted Steak sandwich with mushrooms & onions, SW roast potatoes and home made coleslaw LUSH

Snacks - Grapes, Rice Pudding, hi fi bar

Drinks - Ribena NAS, Diet coke

Syns - Scan bran cake (2) Salad Cream (2) hi fi bar (6) Total 10

Thanks hun the sauce was very spicy lol but was nice with the potato, the salad cooled my mouth down lol

It was delicious hun - ive planned my meals for the week, I told OH and son what I was making and they both kinda said oh ok ......... Result they devoured it and loved it lol

I'm not surprised! It looks awesome! My OH says we've not eaten this many varied and tasty meals before. Must admit, I'm loving it. Just off now to make a Korma. I know it's a bit warm today but sure we'll manage! x

Lol yeh ive not cooked as many lovely meals before - lots of convenience foods hence the need to join SW lol.

I really enjoyed tonights it was really tasty. Tomorrow is WI so for quickness when I get in im doing Gammon & pineapple, SW chips ,egg and peas

I can never get the SW chips to go anywhere near crisp, whatever I do so usually resort to roast potatoes, which I seem to do better. Have considered a Phillip's Airfryer, especially with them being discounted so much but don't want it to be another gadget that might just stand collecting dust! :S
