Im back to using my scales every day even though I know they lie lol - they are showing a STS this week up to now

Saying that I've been weighing daily as well. Think food-wise this week has been good. Was hoping for 4lbs to get my 4st award back. Think that may be a tad ambitious though x

I'm good thanks..... Mine showed a 0.75lbs loss this morning and this evenings weight wasn't bad either.... So fingers crossed for us both!! Xxxx

Cheers they've showed a loss every day this week..... But Aunt Flo came to visit last night and it feels and looks like I have a beach ball for a tummy at the mo! :-(
